they're bottom and coming down anyway I suspect, I can't see them beating any of the WSL top 3, they're on a 9 game losing streak and haven't won a game this calendar year!Kap10 said:Are there any indications of Leicester cost cutting and pulling out of WSL 1?0 -
Aren't the play off team from the WSL?sam3110 said:

I've not heard anything to suggest that, and I'd be surprised if they did. We we did that on relegation from the Premier League it was about balancing the budgets. Their losses are on a much bigger scale and a couple of million to cut a minimal WSL1 budget to a minimal WSL2 one, or even to zero, wouldn't really touch sides. They'd be better off keeping the women's team in order to make the overall package look better to a potential buyer, if that's the way they go.Kap10 said:Are there any indications of Leicester cost cutting and pulling out of WSL 1?
And if their owners can fund the losses and the only issue is the League One spending limits, the costs of the women's team don't count towards that so there would be no benefit.1 -

Shame, thanks. I followed the pre relegation women's team and at the time was friends with Andrew Mercer who sponsored the Women for a while. I believe it was his sponsorship that coined "Addicted to Women" which was on banners and had Sven Goran Erickson pictured beside!Swindon_Addick said:
