Manning, the Southampton goalscorer, plays left back, and it was his 8th goal of the season, tying with our top scorer.

Massive gulf between them and us right now

The money spent on these two squads is eye-watering and reinforces what a great job Jones and the players have done this season. Philiogene alone cost £20m! Azaz was £14m for Saints. Greaves £15m, Downes £14m, Shea Charles £10m, OShea £15m, Nunez £9m, Ross Stewart £8m.

When you think Kelman was our record signing at around £3m and that was pretty much it, to remain in the Championship with a predominantly League 1 squad it’s is a huge achievement.

Doesnt really change much in the sense that Ipswich still gotta beat QPR in the expected circumstance that Millwall beat Oxford.

But if they won tonight they didn't even need to get a point against QPR, just not lose by more than 19 goals

They're gonna do it aren't they, they'll beat Oxford and Ipswich will draw with QPR

They might not even need the playoffs

Who gives a toss? If they go up, it could be a valuable six points for us.

I for one don't want to go back to that shithole and get humiliated YET AGAIN!

A draw doesn’t really change the equation for Ipswich or Millwall.

Draw or defeat, Ipswich will still need to win on Saturday to guarantee promotion. Any other result for them at the weekend leaves the door open for Millwall.

Second thoughts, I suppose it makes a difference if the unlikely combo of an Ipswich defeat and Millwall draw happened.

Nothing would be worse than both them and Palarse in the top tier of English football

How did we get four points from these two at their home venues?
