Disappointing game and result, but the ref was easy on the eye!
Not for me she fecking wasn’t.
    I’m still raging, useless cow.
The ref was not the problem. Setup for a draw which we were never going to achieve.

As others have said, we were outplayed, especially after their goalie injury and tactical reset, before that it reminded me of the first 20 minutes of our away game at Oxford (mens) where it looked like they were there for the taking......... but we quickly fell away and it never felt like we were capable of getting back in the game even at 0-1.
Sadly, we got what our play deserved. We need to be really much more up for the Leicester game.... COYR!!

If anyone from the club reads this please have a word with the Ops team or G&G....... lots of the food and drink counters were closed for some reason (?!) and the queues at half time were as long as they have been for a 20k crowd........ so unnecessary.

13 mins added, would probably need 130 tbf
We could have played all day and all night and only scored if we’d stayed awake longer than them.

Yeah, the lower west catering was shite yesterday, plus the ops team need to repair the floodlights that have gone off on top of the AC

And shown on BBC Sport and Sky Sports.

The really crushing thing about yesterday was allowing Palace to go up: the crowd yesterday showed the potential to attract some decent numbers to The Valley, with lots of people there you wouldn't see for a men's fixture.

If Palace men don't win the Europa Conference League then that frees up Sainsbury's for more women's fixtures (instead of being exiled miles away at Gander Green Lane) and we'll have even more competition on our doorstep along with London City Lionesses.

Yes. It was set up that the WSL2 side is automatically at home, to balance the obvious advantage to the WSL1 side that they play league games right up to the date of the playoff while the WSL2 season ends a couple of weeks earlier.

They will have to play all matches there because of the broadcasting quality standards for WSL1.

Leicester are poor, they've lost every single game (11 of them) in 2026.

But........they're obviously playing against much better opposition than we typically do.

Neville should have seen a red during the Chelsea game too.
    Keep an eye on her!

Again, posting in the hope it won't be relevant, but the FA Women's National League Play-Off between Plymouth and Wolves is currently being livestreamed on YouTube - the winner will join Burnley and Watford in WSL2 next season.

Anyone that's a season ticket holder for this season or next can get 2 free tickets to the playoff game.

Bring along a friend or family member. Let's get as many people along as possible.

I bought a women's season ticket for next season but the option to buy is greyed-out for me?

Im guessing they've worded it slightly wrong and you actually need to have season tickets for both seasons for it to work?

The article says "Women's season-ticket holders for both 2025/26 and 2026/27 will be able to claim two free tickets", so I'm guessing it does mean only those people with a season ticket for both.

One or the other. I don't have one for next season yet but I've managed to get mine for free.

Ah OK... I definitely understood it to mean you needed one for both seasons, but clearly that's not the case.

Really hope we can get a big crowd for this one, though I'm slightly worried that the big crowds we got for the Liverpool and Birmingham games saw us not only fail to score, but fail to even look like scoring.

Club have edited the initial post, to show it being holders of EITHER 25/26 or 26/27
