I've heard that some of the parents might agree with you.Henry Irving said:Pearce Out
I know this is a quote from a year ago but some parents can be a nightmare regarding their son or daughter in an academy or at least with their comments if their kid is dropped or critised.
Turn up at any grass roots match to witness bizarre behaviour from parents.
Jason Pearce told me and my son that the difference between when he was an academy player at Portsmouth and now is a different world.
The inference was you had to use kid gloves now.
This was 18 months ago so kids and parents change.0 -

Whoops, Hull shot from the edge of the box bent the wrong way and ended up going towards the West corner flag.0

Lovely bit of passing from us there, shame we couldn't get a shot away.0

Lots of unpunished shirt pulling from Hull1

Some good play and agression in midfield but hasn't led to clear cut chances in the box
Soft goal to concede which might have been out of play.0 -
Nice bit of strength from Valentine down the right, shame we couldn't do anything from the cross.0

Bit difficult to see us coming down the left due to the West stand shadow, but we got the ball to Washington-Amoah on the edge of the box, and his shot went between the keeper's legs
