Having real trouble working out where the ball is in the shadow of the West, which is a shame as we've apparently been doing some nice stuff down that side.

Good run down the middle, Hull got a tackle in, but we had enough numbers to recover, get the ball across the edge of the box and get the shot away

“The first team could learn how to score goals and come back from 1-0 down” etc

Ooh, Podgorny shot from distance rebounded off the post and back to their keeper.

Richman and Valentine most impressive. Washington and Podgorny next.

That was a bit of a harsh free kick against us there.

4-1, penalty coolly slotted into the left hand corner.

Podgorny did well to get onto Richman’s saved shot to win the penalty and a well taken penalty by Peterkin

Seen the first three on various streams but not much of Podgorny. Looks a technically good attacking midfielder. Unlucky with long range effort that hit the post, will be interesting to see how he does next season.

    Friday awful

Surely better to have it on the Saturday, more people would attend than a Friday

    Someone said Friday?

Which would fit nicely with CAST Academy Q&A this coming Thursday evening online - with new Academy Director Greg Miller, Head of Education Joe Francis plus a guest player. Open to all - details and registration link here:

Very good second half performance today and some outstanding play once we went into the lead Hull left loads of gaps as they tried to get back in the game we could have scored more .
I went into the Keith Peacock suite at half time to get a drink and bumped into Chucks Aneke who was there scouting for Shrewsbury he was very pleasant and chatty.A good performance onto the final 😊

Podgorny made a big difference after coming on in 61st minute. Looks a real prospect.
