Great piece of skill from Belloumi, managing to swerve the ball around Alfie Doughty's belly.

Really looking forward to the game tonight. Now the potential horror of spanners in the PL has passed by for another year, we can enjoy what should be a cracking game of football.

They call the South African cricket 'bottlers' - Millwall are right up there in that category now.

I think that after that nasty scissor tackle  that crocked their guy in the first half, they came out second half riled up and ready for a fight which Millwall couldn't match, and deserved the win big time, and I think they could do well at Wembley...

I called Millwall Hull wrong, couldn’t see anything other than a Millwall win.  I do however think Boro have a chance tonight.

I'd like Boro to show that the parachute boys don't always come through, BUT my head says the Saints, as I reckon they have the more clinical strikers

EDIT .. also I'm a fan of Steve Gibson the Boro owner. An old fashioned local boy who has put millions into the club he loves. One of an ever diminishing band of owners who seems to be in it for the love of his club and home town and not just the reflected glory that success brings (IF success ever occurs)

From what Millwall and Luton town fans have been saying he’s clearly got some issues. Hope he can overcome them because I thought he was good for us when he came in.

A fully fit Doughty is another matter of course.

Would NJ (ex Luton jokes aside) think he can get him back on track?

He is nowhere near the level defensively as a fit Josh Edwards.

I have a little bit of sympathy for Doughty there, as it's hard to get up to speed straight away. Especially as someone who's an attacking LB/LWB. rather than a natural defender. It was Neil's fault for taking off a much better defender in Sturge, especially as Millwall play with a 4, rather than with a 3.

Indeed Doughty would suit our formation better, as at left wingback he would be free to attack more, knowing he had Bell behind him.

We've got away with playing TC and Fevrier at left wingback, but neither would solid enough to play full back in a back 4.

No idea how Doughty would do with us but his cameo last night was not a great advert. I thought @MillwallFan had it right. Hull deserved the win but the home manager badly damaged Millwall with the subs.

Interesting to see how home advantage plays out tonight.

Great run and cross from Manning but Ross Stewart somehow misses the target !

I can see us winning the play offs next season.

If we bring in a brand new squad of players.

Don’t think there issue with him Is the fact he’s better attacking than defensively, it’s that they spent 3M who’s getting paid god knows how much to eat maccies and spend more time in the pub than on the training ground

Now that was a pen for Southampton for a blatant shirt pull...

Anyone else think that should have been a pen for that tug on Stewart?

Southampton’s manager seems like a complete twat and has really creepy eyes.

    It's all kicking off!!!!!!!!!

(I'm not entirely sure why, pretty standard booking for Ayling).

Then the managers start kicking off!

Loving the drama. Hope Boro do ‘em and the Saints manager is sent packing with that sour face.
