This run of kits was absolute class IMO7 -
Brings back memories of researching the kits and realising the white Admiral never happened. A few people would love the yellow, myself included.DamoNorthStand said:

Worked in a post room on chancery lane and had a massive poster out the evening standard of mendonca in that kit with our fixtures on it stuck on the post room dungeon wall.

One of my biggest regrets in life is selling many of my CAFC kits to @Talal when I was out of work lol I really miss the Steve Brown/ Inter shirt. But I did get good money for it that got me through some COVID times.
I based my own team's away kit on our yellow/ blue kit when I started up the club this season.

Sorry! Though the Brown shirt wasn't for me. Covid period was a good time to sell shirts, most wouldn't go for as much these days.JiMMy 85 said:One of my biggest regrets in life is selling many of my CAFC kits to @Talal when I was out of work lol I really miss the Steve Brown/ Inter shirt. Can’t believe I know this but was watching 00-01 videos on the museum YouTube channel the other day… it was also worn away at Southampton that season. With some yellow socks?CAFCTrev said:
Yeah I think it was only used in the Dag & Red FA cup game because both of our kits clashed with theirs and being the away team (with Daggers playing in red) we had to wear a change kit so this got produced at short notice. I suspect it was a plain Le Coq teamwear kit that had the Charlton badge and sponsor stitched on hastily.jonno said:
I don't think so no. My son acquired one and wore it to a home game and was approach by someone from the club wanting to know where he got it from! I believe a batch may have gone missing from Sparrows Lane but he explained that he got it from "a man in a pub" so it clearly wouldn't have been one of the batch that went walkabout and it was left at that.CAFCTrev said:Was this shirt from 00-01 ever made available for fans to buy?
Was it ever used in another game?

Presumably a clash - you can wear the same colour shorts but socks must be different from the oppo to help with throw-in/ corner appeals.Talal said:
