And even if he has the club would have no particular reason to announce it, in fact probably it serves them best not to.ForeverAddickted said:

Not sure where you got that from. His family are most definitely Millwall. From the Sidcup area. Danny had a season ticket at Millwall as a youngster before signing as a youth player.cafc_harry said:McNamara is an interesting one, 2 years ago Millwall were fighting to keep hold of him but seems like he’s fell well out of favour. Seems like the biggest link ATM is Bromley which makes sense as he’s local but I wonder if he might be looked at as competition at right back. Also pretty sure he’s not actually “proper ‘wall” as he comes from a Fulham family.I actually browsed this thread to see if he got a mention. Would be a great signing for you. Miles too good for Bromley. Can still do a job at championship level in my humble opinion. A bit limited going forward but defensively he’s sound. I was sorry to see him go.0 -

Interesting looking at the released lists and possible loans. Here are a few realistic options. I guess it depends on the type of player we want.
Right Back / Right Wing Back
Harry Clarke ( Ipswich.)
Danny McNamara ( Millwall)
Danny Imray ( Palace on loan at West Brom)
Left Back / Left Wing Back
Tayo Ademola ( Palace on loan at Wednesday)
Charlie Taylor ( Saints on loan at West Brom)
Joe Bryan ( Millwall)
Conor Townsend ( Ipswich )1 -
Danny Imray’s the one. We missed our chance now though, he’ll be off to a top end champ clubRichard J said:Interesting looking at the released lists and possible loans. Here are a few realistic options. I guess it depends on the type of player we want.

If you look at Hull, I think they still have a transfer embargo until the start of next season. It hasn’t stopped them picking up a good combination of free transfers. Of all the released Championship players, it’s finding the ones that have still got a point to prove at this level, versus the ones that are going through the motions.
As long as our scouting can weed out the ones that are still up for the fight with a bit of talent, I think this is our best bet for the summer ahead1 -
On that basis it’s a no from me.14 -

He probably would suit us 'MillwallFan' but after the nonsense posted on here after we signed Alex Mitchell, such as we robbed Millwall of their best player or Millwall were gutted to let him go, then I think we should all be a little bit wary of over blown reputations. But apart from that, is he an old fashioned full back or can he play wing back ?MillwallFan said:

My question is why are Millwall letting him go ?0

I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest he'd be an upgrade on Bree or Clarke. Not sure why he's getting such a massive mention1

Given Aneke a run for his money with his injury issues last 3 yearsShootersHillGuru said:My question is why are Millwall letting him go ?1 -
There's disinfectant strong enough for him to be considered.ShootersHillGuru said:

Definitely old fashioned full back. Primarily a right back but can do a job at left back as well. Excellent defender. Not a lot gets past him. Reads the game well, positioning is excellent. Gets stuck in. Never seen him shirk a tackle. Just going forward he’s limited.Bailey said:

He's not what we need in so many aspects.
