    Right decision as i see it...
    Is the right answer. So there will be a relatively new face back in the Prem next season  and not just another club yo-yoing up and down due to the parachute cash they're able to spend/waste. (delete as appropriate)

    Bloody hell. I did not think the EFL would have the cojones to do it but they’ve gone done it. Harsh on the fans for sure but 100% fully deserved tbh. Stripy cheating f-ckers

    I'm shocked, I thought they would get a suspended points deduction given how much of a logistical headache this could have created

    Southampton players must be pissed themselves... Saw a quote from Troy Deeney of all people a few days ago, where he said that the players must feel great about themselves - They got the job done against Middlesbrough, but talk about a lack of belief in your squad, if you feel you need to go to such lengths.

    Good point made on Sky Sports News - individual punishments could follow from the FA. Who knew / who orchestrated it?

    Funny how the EFL sorted this so quick - when you remember the delay docking Wendy’s points, which would have kept us up.
    Once again the fans are overlooked - imagine being a Boro fan that has made other plans for the weekend, not to mention the players - who have probably been on the burgers and beers for a week.
