Another Broadband query, Hyperoptic

I asked previously about Community Fibre Broadband, when I had checked previously they said something along the lines of "Congratulations, you're in Greenwich, so are we" Err no they're not, when I tried to open an account they didn't like my address or a few others in surrounding streets that I tried.

So I've had a look at Hyperoptic & they like my address 😀Does anybody out there have any experience of Hyperoptic ? I've read some reviews & they seem mostly favourable but of course you don't know if they write their own reviews 🤔Any comments gratefully received, I have to get away from EE !!! (Not that they're bad just bloody expensive) Thanks👍️

Quite a few people I work with talk positively about Hyperoptic, although I think that’s mainly around speed. They haven’t discussed customer service.

Like Community Fibre, they’re not available to most in London. Mainly flats and new builds but they are expanding.

My concern with Hyperoptic would be that as it stands, I don't think you can run other providers services over their infrastructure. If you go for an Openreach based setup then you can potentially switch providers but retain the same fibre. I think this is also true of Community Fibre but I'm not sure.
