    Back in the 70's i worked at Cosmos house in Bromley Common. 
    Most people there were women,  (i enjoyed working there).
    Anyway one of the girls done a two page spread for Mayfair magazine. 
    This was in the days magazines were all you had.
    Anyway we had a good time together and then it finished. 
    She then went out with Ray Wilkins for a couple of months and I met him a few  times. 
    He was a really good bloke. 
    Funnily enough I once worked with a woman who boasted that she'd slept with David Cassidy ...I know this is irrelevant but barring about 5 posts so is the rest of this thread 
    I married a woman who, when she was a teenager, went to Heathrow with her mates because David Cassidy was arriving. They rearranged some cones to send his car down a a cul-de-sac so they could gather round him. I guess they screamed a lot. They got a very stern talking to; these days they’d probably get arrested.

    It's the year we played Blackpool away and got relegated. It was a very eventful day.

    I definitely would be very pleased if it is Ramsay, for all that he was a bit up and down in form and consistency last time on his day he's absolutely Championship quality. If he can knuckle down and cut out some of the daft mistakes he's well worth his place.

    Fixture release day and someone is already predicting doom and gloom.  Possibly a new record for this place!

    what target have we missed out on - given that we don’t know who any of our targets are!

    I see no evidence as to who our main targets are and whether they've signed for anyone else or decided to stay where they are, so there is no basis for this scaremongering.

    A few Champ sides announcing signings today, fingers crossed we have something to announce soon, am so curious to see the kind of profile were targeting this summer given that the rumor well is pretty dry
