I think people have rose tinted glasses on when it comes to Edwards. He's solid but unproven in the championship. We absolutely need strong competition for him.

I let the garden go a bit because I said to myself I will do it once I get back from Ireland.
It got rough, but when I got back it was too damn hot to do anything.
So this week is gardening week. 

Cut the hedges, cut the grass, sort the weeds growing in the cracks, trim some flowers, pressure wash the concrete bits, assemble the gazebo, put a table and chairs out.
Too right there’s a lot happening.
I don’t like gardening but I owe it to my neighbours to keep stuff in order.
On top of all that starting Friday I have another two week duty to feed local feral cat Harry.

Harry looks the sort of cat you don’t want to mess with. 

It's a beautiful and distinctive cat.

LWB, LCB, CM, RWB, RM are at the very least positions we need to improve in the first team even if that means Bell moving to the subs bench and Edwards rotating for a place at LB/LWB

This is the kind of progress we simply have to make this summer no matter how harsh it may be on some. If we don’t then relegation is a very big risk.

We need to sign 2 right wing backs. We are working with a budget so naturally you aren’t going to pay first choice wages to 2 players in the same position. So we will be shopping for a backup RWB - which is why Osei-Tutu on a free is being mentioned. We will also obviously be looking for a first choice RWB which is hopefully one we really push the boat out for 

Based on the links so far it seems we are looking for a younger LCB, so Bell would probably remain first choice giving the new player some time to bed in before taking over in the near future. I think that’s quite a smart move, especially as LCB is a very tricky position to recruit for so finding one that is better than Bell already will be very tricky

The injuries in back to back seasons with us. Whilst unfortunate do raise concerns. If he. Is fully fit he will undoubtedly be an asset to this team and will likely allow that right sided wingback to play a more expansive game. 

 But we do need someone of his level or better to come in and provide that push for playing time. 

I think injuries in back to back seasons is overstating it a bit. He was on the receiving end of a horrible tackle in 24/25 and missed a grand total of 5 games as a result of it and still played the 5th most minutes of anyone in the squad. This season was an anomaly and hopefully there won't be a repeat 

Wednesday 1st is the day the cash starts flowing, the influx starts happening and we all say .. WHO the f&ck is he ?? when our new signings are announced
