    I’m encouraged we look to be getting some physicality/ mobility in, sichenje was a template for this, thought we lacked in that department in general compared to a lot of the established championship sides, really need it in midfield though, I like getting unknown players and hoping they are hidden gems, bit of old Charlton that is.👍

    However I’m shocked to see Jones isn’t out the door yet after the bombshell information last week.  

    Funny, I always thought walking out of a meeting would mean you get the sack as a manager.

    Correct but the issue was when Bell dropped out of the team the gulf in quality between him and Gillesphey was very noticeable at times. That's not to knock Gillesphey but it's to highlight a big improvement in quality was needed so lets hope this will be addressed with Mesik or Koumetio if signed.

    Seems to be a bit of shit stirring going on, with the odd pop up comment. Not really getting the reason for it. Are we not allowed to enjoy being Charlton fans?🤷🏻‍♂️

    I'll be glad to get two left-sided defenders in. The number of points we dropped from missing Bell at LCB and also playing Apter and Hernandez, then TC at LWB means lessons may have been learned.

    Can we just appreciate in the space of 24hours we may have gone from Gillesphey LCB and TC LWB to Koumetio LCB and Mesik LWB
