Only Jordan Henderson could get booked and stretchered off in a game he didn't play in.

Bellingham is the first player to score twice at the Azteca in a World Cup match since Maradona in 1986.

Go back to your shanty towns you corrupt bunch of coke heads.
I feel like taking the piss out of poverty living conditions is a bit far fella. And totally classless.
No way they are potless if they can afford a world cup ticket.
    Could've been worded better though.

Will rightfully go down as a classic.

Everyone 10/10 but special mention for Jude Bellingham. He has everything and he showed that countless times tonight.

Subs were perfect and it feels wrong not to shoutout Pickford, too, who commanded his area so well and made some crucial saves.

Ridiculous win. Think that’s the most painful half hour of football I’ve ever been through. Good luck to other fella on my 10.45 call cos I’m absolutely bladdered.

Bellingham scored 2 bona fide goals where Maradona scored one brilliant goal and we were robbed with the other one !

33.2% - England had just 33.2% possession vs Mexico, their lowest in a FIFA World Cup match on record since 1966, while their 48 clearances were their most in a World Cup game since making 54 against Belgium in 1990.

    Resolute.

You may well laugh but I have a delay in getting the posts come up then 20 are there at the same time, hence why it looks like I'm posting old news  🤷🏻‍♂️

Kane saying Hendo has hurt his arm but will be OK.
Kevin Kilbane on commentary here in Canada bemused at England celebrating to an Irish song. He means Wonderwall 🤦🏽‍♀️ Not sure Noel and Liam would appreciate that.

Oh and by the way, England have just done a Charlton and smashed a long unbeaten record. (For CAFC it was v Huddersfield for those who remember)

I love seeing wingers go on the outside and Saka did that for the first goal after the great run from Rice.
Gordon also did it on a couple of occasions.

As I said, Mexico play no one any good regionally, the winning run was false.

Henderson doing a Steve Morrow is a strange one
