    You don't have to be intelligent to vote.
    I guess the figures Boris was throwing around in relation to savings, convinced enough to make the difference needed in the final result.

    Its pretty clear and obvious, as much as some imbeciles will try to defend it one gets the "one of own bias" and the other doesnt. Its not big or clever.
