    That's the problem with the new site. You now have to click onto your avatar to see if you have any messages. Beforehand there was a notification above the envelope showing you had a message.

    Goes to show that the site needs more incentives for members to log in outside of the football season. A monthly prize draw for example

    Think it should be a daily draw but only for those that log on between the hours of 1.00am to 5.00am. That will create a more evenly spread of traffic and prevent the site from crashing when we sign our first £20m player next week.

    Definitely needs to try something to be more inclusive and get members coming back, otherwise it's just the regulars chatting among ourselves and poor souls like southnorwoodaddick find other interests.

    Didn't realise that was an automatic feature. However that's assuming their email is up to date.

    Yep, and also whether their email provider isn't marking it as spam for some reason

    I suggest we submit phone numbers and when a message is sent, it notifies the mods, who call you to see if you will accept the message
