Ah brilliant, shit puns to end a shit week. Nice one.
There you are ValleyGary, you "coach" children near Dartford and never actually go to The Valley. And you are the first to pipe up with your ignorant bile - kill Communists, hang out the St George's flag, and shoot anyone who talks to your disabled mother. You are an idiot.

I don't know why, but every time I read this post I read it in the same manner as the "Democracy Manifest" video

Can’t see us being interested. We have Carey and Knibbs already, plus Fullah coming through. Really don’t think number 10 is on the shopping list

I’d agree Donley is a good player with potential, he excelled in league 1 but has struggled in the championship. For me that doesn’t really put him as a significant upgrade on what we have already and I’d rather fees be spent on positions we need more

He didn't struggle. He played for a very struggling team. He linked with Kelman beautifully the previous season. Not in our price range but Trophy signing

It’s his link up with Kelman that would encourage me, as well as NJ’s fairly frequent desire to play with two 10s or to drop Carey back to an 8

And what are we? Carey and Knibbs played for a struggling team and did better than Donley did last season

Was that a desire or just a lack of good midfield options? And do we want to see that more often? Not for me, you don’t move your top scorer further away from goal

Donley would be fine. But if we are only going to be spending decent fees on a few players this summer I wouldn’t be spending one of them on a number 10 when we have 3 already

If we had made a signing it would be announced today to try and drum up interest in tomorrows friendly

We could sign Mbappe and it still wouldn’t make me want to go to Gillingham

Great rumour though.  A quiet Friday afternoon with little happening and on the eve of an inconsequential friendly against Gillingham, then bang, someone has seen someone in a barber’s shop saying they’re signing for the club 👏👏

    We needed it
