If we had made a signing it would be announced today to try and drum up interest in tomorrows friendly
We could sign Mbappe and it still wouldn’t make me want to go to Gillingham
    Don't be so snippy.

    Few updates from this week.

Club still pushing to sell 6/7 players who Jones deems surplus to requirements

Update on Lloyd - From what I understand, it’s the stage where he is seeing who the club bring in before making any final decisions on his next move. He’s not actively pushing to leave and never has, hence why he’s still here, despite the obvious interest in him.

I suspect Ramsay and Campbell are doing the same but that’s me just guessing. We really need to resign all 3 and continue to build as a club.

The player who had a medical (believed to be Tutu) failed the medical (not sure why) and probably why, 2 weeks later he’s still a free agent.

Not been told any incomings are imminent or given any names this week but of course doesn’t mean things aren’t happening
    Boooooooooo... Not good enough!!

Heard a few whispers about there hardly being any interest in some of the players we’re trying to loan out and sell.

The likes of Apter & Tanto only attracting interest from League Two clubs who aren’t willing to pay any wages.

So presumably the list of players to leave is:

    Anderson
    Assimwe
    Mitchell
    Kanu
    Doc ?
    Cov?

Would expect it to be Plymouth now if they've got the Tolaj and Pepple money. Unless Wycombe are willing to get into a bidding war

They'll probably be loaned out later in the window when clubs are getting more desperate.

Anderson, Mitchell and Kanu should be fairly straightforward sells the others though….

Just seen that West Ham are willing to offload Callum Marshall. That’s one who I think wouldn’t be too expensive and every time I’ve seen him hes looked bright. Wouldn’t mind taking a punt on him.
    I don’t get it
He’s actually very decent whenever I’ve seen him.  He was on a shortlist I submitted a while back as one to watch.  Hasn’t taken off yet but has a lot of potential and knows where the goal is
