I'd be surprised if the CMs aren't from abroad , unless the boat is properly pushed out I'd be surprised if we can find value domestically

Does anyone happen to have have a highly amusing GIF of an old man wearing a Charlton shirt wetting his bed?

Might be useful to have it ready. just in case.

    @RedChaser has a nice new top B)
Oi, I’ve still got a decent head of hair and can still get to the bathroom in good time cheeky sod 😉

West Brom offered Grant a new contract in May which is a good sign

    Karlan Grant has haircut shocker!

Its a shame Sichenze is injured. His pace, tackling and forward passing could have solved the DM conundrum until Jones is past his SBD.

Apart from last year Grant has been playing for teams that have finished top half of the championship.

That to me feels like an improvement on what we have.
Did he get relegated with Cardiff when he was there on loan, or was he there the year before

If you’d show him one yesterday it would have saved us 3 pages of haircut related puns
Well I, for one, I’m glad he didn’t show it yesterday.

Karlan Grant yes please. Good proven Championship standard player. Would be happy to have him back.

It’s as simple as this really. Just hope he stays fit but he certainly improves us

That’s the level of sleuthing I expect on this thread

Not sure about Redmond.  I might be incorrect in where he’s likely to play, but I always thought of him as an attacking midfielder and taking the game to opponents.  If we get him in, I feel like we’re not going to bother with anyone else and for me, along with more a pacey brick shithouse and rwbs, this is a key position

Carey and Knibbs I see as the goal scoring midfielders, but unless we get a pacey/attacking RWB, TC is still the only player we have that can take on players and run at them, plus Redmond.  We need stronger in this position imo

If we go with this formation attacking wide players like TC are important. Our old mate JRS on loan would be interesting.

You've a better wide attacking option suggestion in that position we'd have any chance of getting ?

Grant also does this. He and Taylor both used to drift wide when playing for Bowyer.

Maybe not any better, but Redmond.

JRS has flattered to deceive since he left us

Not sure about Karlan Grant, left on pretty bad terms and whenever we have played him since you can tell there's a bit of animosity there.

Didn't work when Bonne came back. Grant is of course a better player by a mile, but still.

I have him in the same camp as Bonne, Lyle and Roger Johnson.

Worth noting that a deal for Dykes wasn’t ruled out by NJ when he spoke to Louis.
