Surely McNamara being die hard Wall would never play for us?0

Why? We did last year.Crispywood said:

My main memory of him is from his loan spell at Portsmouth in League One. He had a brilliant season there and looked class against us.
He followed that up with a solid first season in the Championship, but since then his form seems to have dropped off.
its not £3.5m upfront, there will be structure to the deal2 -

If McNamara is a free agent and nothing comes along for him you can be 100% sure he’d sign with us regardless of who he supports. It’s his job and currently he’s has no income. I’m not suggesting for one minute he’s signing or we should pursue it but to think he would never sign for us is thinking with a fans head.9

Here we go.0

There have been players who have switched between Charlton and Millwall. But this guy didn't just join them, he joined his favourite team on the planet. I really don't see him fancying a move to the local rivals.2

If we’re the only team offering championship wages playing in the championship and resulting in his family not having to move across the country then it would likely happenken_shabby said:There have been players who have switched between Charlton and Millwall. It is McNamara0

He’ll go where the money he wants is. If he’s a free agent near the end of August then he’s not exactly top of clubs lists. I’m sure a few are monitoring him but if the moneys right and we offer him a contract he’ll sign. It’s his career not a fans dislike of another club.ken_shabby said:There have been players who have switched between Charlton and Millwall. I think it would be anyone’s dream to leave Milwall wouldn’t it?Valley11 said:RedRobin said:
Currently a free agent.Henry Irving said:Danny McNamarra from Millwall
DANNY McNamara said he had lived his "boyhood dream" after leaving Millwall this summer. McNamara, 27, became a free agent when his contract expired at the end of last month, ending a twelve-year association with the club. Born in Sidcup, McNamara grew up supporting the Lions before progressing through the club's academy and making 157 first-team appearances across six seasons. Speaking exclusively to NewsAtDen, McNamara reflected on his time at The Den. “It was surreal, living my boyhood dream,” McNamara said. “To be a season ticket holder, watching Millwall throughout my whole life, and then to make my debut at 22 and go on to put on that shirt week in, week out, it was a real pride and honour. “For me, wearing that shirt every week and being a Millwall fan ...
Would be a very solid rb signing though. 150 apps. Free and a local. Makes a lot of sense then use the money you've saved on attacking threat like Kamara.18 -

150 appearances at this level is solid. Definitely from what I recall an RB in a back 4 type as opposed to a flying wingback so I do think this is a sign that we are looking at 423110
