    Eh depends doesnt it. A Holsgrove type signing gets the mood lifted. A 35 year old has been on loan probably won't.

    Honestly relegation probably wipes 30/40m off their asset, no chance they let us sleepwalk into that even if they are considering fully getting out.

    Business as usual, couple of decent signings to come.

    Dykes would be a shocker in the current situation. Already overstocked squad in a position we have plenty.

    Not necessarily, Olaofe and Kanu are almost certain to leave, and Kelman is probably out til October. 

    Would leave us with Godden, Leaburn, Dykes and an untried, coming back from injury Mbick

    The signing we need and I think the majority want to see is that CM

    Dykes signing (although I see the logic), would not get me excited in the slightest. Derby is very close and the balance of the team is completely off with Coventry and Doc guaranteed starters

    Kanu will only leave if someone meets out validation of him, so far this hasn’t happened. 

    As it stands no one has come in for Olaofe either. 

    Dykes would be a fucking awful signing

    Tanto will be a last couple of hours of the window loan to L1 after someone's lost a striker to injury in the first couple of games

    After yesterday and the preseason so far, we need a signing to make all of us.....well most of us happier. Dykes is a decent signing but would continue the narrative.  Also if we play one up top supported by two wingers, that one has to aiming to get about 15 goals next season.

    Definitely can’t see it being Dykes if NJ has made it clear the priority is a CM and a RW.

    After that keeping the powder dry comment if it’s anything other than a new starting midfielder then it will be a disappointment
