No, you have not.Steven81 said:Alright if We get another mid in as He's made of glass apparently and was playing for a team that went down and could be doing that again if we don't fix the issues (have I done that right?)
You capitalized "We" and "He's". I would also suggest a comma after "down".1 -

Reckon that will be it in terms of incomings until after Cheltenham at least, think we might see Tanto depart today still2

Have you been away. You haven't mentioned it before. MuchDamoNorthStand said:Just woken up 39,000 feet above Northern Ireland an hour out from Heathrow with dribble all down my arm to find the signing we’ve all been waiting for is Chalobah.
What a time to be alive.5 -
Our powder is so dry now, it’s become part of the Atacama Desert
Welcome NC6 -
No problem with signing Chalobah if he is an extra in the plan, but these owners have decided they aren’t getting the powder out. Wool being pulled over peoples eyes I tell you.6

FYI my instagram parsing tool needs updating because of some back end changes on instagrams end so wont be able to check anything until I can sort it1

Jones has literally already said we are signing another midfielder on top of Chalobah. Not sure why you need to make up negative hypotheticals that the owners have decided to not back us for anymore.Sword65pf said:No problem with signing Chalobah if he is an extra in the plan, but these owners have decided they aren’t getting the powder out. Let’s wait and see. Will be over the moon to be wrong👍I’m guessing just as much as you are keeping blind faith.NabySarr said:

Another midfielder over the weekend … and then the winger later in the windowsammy391 said:Just need a dynamic and impactful CM now, to be the midfield magician now! That and a Right Wing Star1 -
Don't mind that at all. Great competition for Coventry and someone for the likes of Mwamba to learn off...
Now to keep an eye on Estorils lineup this evening...10 -

Right I am beating people to my favourite post on here that I really enjoy everytime.
Wow some of you are so negative. "Sign some players Charlton!" *Charlton sign a player* "No not that one!!!!" Some of you thrive from just being negative all the time don't you? Let's see how he does here before judging shall we?"14 -
Is that the midfield finished now until the end of the transfer window when our fax machine breaks down?2

Not really blind faith when we are just trusting the words of our manager who doesn’t usually sugarcoat things now is it?Sword65pf said:

Could we add a relatively new one, ‘ why are you making up hypotheticals just to be negative?’Braziliance said:Right I am beating people to my favourite post on here that I really enjoy everytime.

While I’m in a negative mood, I wonder what happens after a month of the season when Chalobah, Burke, Bell possibly Leaburn all get their inevitable injuries?, how’s the squad looking then? Doesn’t really smack of learning lessons of not shopping in the injury prone freebie market.3

I can't work out if you're going all tongue in cheek or genuinely massively pissed offSword65pf said:While I’m in a negative mood, I wonder what happens after a month of the season when Chalobah, Burke, Bell possibly Leaburn all get their inevitable injuries?, how’s the squad looking then? After years mired in the third division I had forgotten how good players needed to be to play at the level of the Championship.
Seeing Bell early last season was a bit of an eye opener for me as to Championship standard players. Burke also fits that viewpoint (although JRC doesn't!), as has McNamara so far, and I think Billy will be as good as Josh.
We are not fishing in either the muddy pool of lower division players now, nor the crystal clear waters monied clubs can go to, but at least we are in the humble lake of a nice local park these days.
Injuries aside it makes sense to me that we are gradually upgrading the best we can, with the added spice of the chance of at least one academy breakout player next season.9 -
As I posted in the Chalobah thread.......Coady with legs.
Him & Grant are the 2 up grades from last season. Admittingly I've not seen enough of the defenders but I've not got the same blind faith in Billy as some on here.
Less said about the most important addition to our midfield the better. Will look out for the updates on Estoril's line up tonight but something tells me that Holsgrove wont be the missing piece of the jigsaw.....but we will see.2 -

Preston’s winger they were signing for 2M is an option to buy not permanent could lead to a development with TC?0
-
Chalobah is a good signing, if we get a marquee signing to go alongside.5
-
I don't think it's blind faith, it's having watched him play in 5(?) games and do pretty well. Wasn't against Championship opposition but he didn't have a settled side around him eithergolfaddick said:As I posted in the Chalobah thread.......Coady with legs.
