Always remember big Bobs interview after an FA cup game in which I think we lost and he got The mom. Live on tv he came out with that classic line of ‘win or lose on the booze’!!!! Met him a few years back, he is a real gentleman with hands like shovels!2

After Cheltenham, with the obvious caveats. I’d say a rw option is a higher priority than a cm, chalobah settled Coventry quite a lot and gave him time and space to pick out passes going forward. Both TC and Grant looked very quite on the right and were largely ineffective.I know people have doubts about Apter but he is a natural reception who when fit should provide competition for the place. I wouldn’t however want to start him against Derby.1

In reality, the top PL clubs will have many youngsters that are much better than our own. As they should do with their ability to lure/poach the best kids to join them, and limitless academy budgets.Redrobo said:

I was skipping when I heard that Nathan was to be our manager, and was particularly pleased at the length of the contract. It is not a surprise to me that Clubs that have stuck with a manager are the ones that tend to be successful in the end.
I think it gives the manager time to plan ahead and build the whole clubs direction. Too many IMO are expected to deliver results immediately and this leads to the buying of oven ready players at top end prices and wages with little room for profit, in order to get results.Man Utd went for the instant solution and Arsenal went long.
Conor Gallagher was our best player when he arrived, it would have been crazy to refuse him because it might block George Lapslie and Albie Morgan.
Of course there are also plenty of overrated academy players, the Matt Smiths, the Levitts and Nile Johns etc, so as ever scouting is key.1 -

Priority is still the right midfielder, not sure I'm prepared to ConCov the benefit of the doubt even after Saturday, it's what you would expect against a League 2 team0

I was a big fan of Charlie Wright. But Nicky Johns was a superb keeper. At the other end of the scale I would put Thuram and Mick Rose.4

Don't forget Graham Tutt, great keeper and definitely would have been a legend here, unless one of the big boys came in for him. I disagree, that the RW is the priority. CM much more important to get in and soon.
