It's nothing to do with the Fan Zone.valleynick66 said:Surely it’s just a marketing ploy to get you to check out the fan zone area ?
I can’t see it’s really a police requirement as the roads are the natural route to go the ground with a ticket. We don’t see any issues with ticketless people on the vicinity.
Valley Central is on the corner of the ground floor of the stadium opposite the shop.0 -
But still the same ambition. Get you in and around the shop and stalls etc. it’s all the same vicinity.Crusty54 said:

Everything is (reasonably) about getting more spend per visitor after all if you are so influenced. After all they know if you are there by virtue of your ticket being scanned. Not by the ‘passport’ thingy.0 -
You will be denied entry, considered an enemy of the people and deported to Norwood Junction.iainment said:
I can’t remember this being sent with my ST. Just looked on the club website and I can’t find any mention of this anywhere. So does this mean I will possibly be denied access to the game.Henry Irving said:Basically, you need your matchday passport to get into Valley Grove, Floyd Road, Ransom Walk and Lansdowne Mews.
It's a crowd control issue that the police insisted on.
They were sent out with your season ticket or matchticket.
If you haven't got yours you can download it from the CAFC website but you'll need your fan ID.
Did anyone get this passport sent out to them?3 -

If you didn't get one of these passports you'll need to do the 'Millwall Walk' to get back to the station the 'long way around'.1

After justified outrage on here I lobbied the club and they have changed the passport requirements.
A victory for common senseMatchday Passports
For our younger supporters, men's matchday passports have been introduced for the upcoming season. Head down to the SLO desk in Valley Central and collect your passport, and be sure to get your stamp to say that "you were there." The more games you attend, the more prizes can be won. CAWFC matchday passports will also be available at Women's team fixtures.

Before anyone gets any ideas SLO means Supporter Liaison Officer who will at the desk for 30 minutes from noon before Saturday games.2 -
