I managed to get my daughters Charlton boyfriend a single ticket directly in front of me in 252 last night as one of my mates didn't take up his ST.
All the lower tiers have sold out barring a handful of odd seats here and there.
But there's loads available for the upper tiers.
There's one block above you lot which is virtually empty barring the first 3 or 4 rows which are taken.4 -
That brought back memories of the old WHL and being in my late 20s/early 30s when the pre-match meal was always a kebab in Siraz, just outside Bruce Grove station on the High Road. It looks tatty as hell from the outside...and inside but the food was cheap as chips and bloody great. Been years since I've been in there and only realised it was still there when I was in the car coming back from the Hoffenheim game weekend before last. All routes via LewishamEngineering work is taking place overnight in the Lewisham area, closing some lines.
From approximately 23:15, trains will not be able to stop at Lewisham. Trains via Bexleyheath will not run or will be diverted to run via Sidcup, and trains will be unable to run between Lewisham and Hayes.
On Monday and Tuesday, most trains on the Hayes line will finish slightly earlier, with only one train leaving London after 22:30, the 23:18 London Charing Cross to Hayes.
Accessible replacement buses will run on the following routes:
- London Bridge and Dartford / Gravesend via Bexleyheath
- London Bridge and Dartford via Lewisham and Woolwich (Wednesday and Thursday only)
- London Bridge / Lewisham and Hayes (Monday and Tuesday only)
- London Bridge and Dartford via Sidcup (00:50 from London Bridge only)
- London Bridge and Orpington (01:10 from London Bridge only)

Chicken King is the legendary place. Owner was client of mine opposing a compulsory purchase order (in alliance with Spurs). Lovely guy and the chicken is excellent.Bedsaddick said:

I don't expect any trouble Wednesday night. We'll I'd be very surprised if there is. We have got a very different fan base now compared to what it was 20-30 years ago. The fan demographic has changed massively in recent times since the new stadium.
Can't legislate for N17 inhabitants doing N17 things mind you.
So no active firm and no potential flashpoints? 30 years ago we passed a bus stop on the walk to seven sisters and it transpired that those appearing to be waiting for a bus was a mob of spurs. Didn't stop running til Finsbury Park i think it was. Can't stand being ambushed. Very sneaky.
(Might be a bit different if it was Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham etc...)
There's a LOT of facial recognition cameras in operation outside Seven Sisters, Bruce Grove, WHL, Tottenham Hale & Northumberland Park for PL games. I would expect similar Weds night.0 -

I've looked at all the options, and with the buses likely to be on strike it looks like Liverpool St to WHL. Not looking forward to getting home though. My health isn't the best atm so I wont be able to walk to any other stations. Will just have tough it out at WHL - good the the trains are about every 15 mins.BalladMan said:

I always use Northumberland Park Station post match. You can get off at Tottenham Hale for the Victoria line. Get a Stratford train for the Jubilee line to London Bridge. Or go all the way to Liverpool Street. Queues move quickly and there are plenty of trains.
Most Cafes allow away fans and serve beer. I use La Barca mostly. Full of Albanian mafia on non match days but fine for games (my imagination might be running away with me).

Northumberland Park is at least twice the distance of WHL but is much more civilised and easier to get on a train in my experience.golfaddick said:
