    JONES: 7 went through the motions avoiding any injury

    MWAMBA: 7 bright 15 mins but easier when the game stretched 

    J R-C: 6 assist for our goal surprised he never started the game 

    LEABURN 7 gave us a presence up top showed Mbick what he needs to do

    MESIK: 6 shifted inside to cover where we were short. Looked better first half than second

    KOUMETIO: 6.5 feels harsh scoring someone who went off 15 mins into the game. Hope the injury isn't serious

    ASIIMWE: 5.5 not our worst player, but looked raw

    DOCHERTY: 6.5 steady but unspectacular. Very nearly a great goal first half

    OUMA: 6.5 started brightly but faded

    ALLI; 6 I can see potential there

    KNIBBS; 5.5 really disappointed, had such high hopes but felt the game passed him by

    APTER; 5 what a difference a year makes. Looks bereft of confidence. Another loan once JRS signs?

    MBICK: 6.5 tough ask coming back from his injury but thought he acquitted himself well

    JONES: 7 got another goal

    McNAMARA: 6.5 absolute wind up merchant. Love him on our team, I'd hate him on any other team

    MWAMBA: 6.5 good potential

    LEABURN: 6.5 getting back to his best

    Not in your scores but the ref deserves a 5 as he just wanted to protect the big club.

    And a special mention for Adam "shit for brains" on the commentary. Anything he could get wrong about us he did. Considering I do the same job put in at least little bit of fucking effort into your research pre-game.

    BROOKS: 4.5 he was doing really well until he conceded the first. First went through his hands and later on got done at his near post

    MESIK: 6.5 thought he done well. Blocked a lot. Stayed calm

    KOUMETIO: 6 couple of combative clearances. I hope it’s not a bad one

    SICHENJE; 6 same as Billy

    ASIIMWE: 6 done well considering the switch in position. Very little protection from Alli throughout the entire game

    DOCHERTY: 6 got drawn out of position a lot, trying to cover Asiimwe which just created space 

    OUMA: 5 hard game for him. We had very little control of it. Potentially bottled a header for the second goal but need to see it again

    ALLI; 4.5 looked lost when having to track back. Dont think that’s his game

    KNIBBS; 5.5 anonymous for large parts but ran a lot 

    APTER; 6 thought he done well. Switched off at the corner for their second. Very little protection from the ref 

    MBICK: 4.5 wouldn’t go as far as saying he was bullied by their defence, but needed to hold the ball up better. He’ll learn a lot from that. Minutes in the legs 

    JONES: 6.5 our defence is stronger with him in it even the the scoreline wasn’t great. Another goal 

    McNAMARA: 6.5 battles really hard

    MWAMBA: 7 MOM tried to take control of the midfield. Our later chances came from good work by him. If he keeps that it, he’ll be starting games this season 

    J R-C: 6.5 surprised he didn’t start

    LEABURN: 6.5 worked hard. Looked to have being running harder than Mbick. We looked more dangerous with him playing. Should have scored 

    Referee: 3 game us nothing. Gave them everything 



    The marks may come across as harsh, but you can take nothing from them in this game. Most had started their first competitive game of the season having never played together. Other than the two injuries which I hope aren’t too bad but seem bad… minutes in the legs is only a positive.
