    7. Impressed. The window may have closed, but it's a very, very long time since we last went through a window having made significant acquisitions throughout the side, re-signed three key players, lost no-one crucial to the team's progress and ended up two points clear at the top of the table and the only unbeaten team in the EFL. 

    Realistically, that's as high a bar as anyone could reasonably be expected to wish for.

    Thought our business was pretty good,although we do need to move a few out.But as is usual for Charlton,injuries to 4 key players have buggered us up again,Billy, Collins ,Kelman,and now possibly Challobah would all be challenging for places with decent back ups,now it just looks a bit thin on the ground.However,Mwamba has come from nowhere,Edwards soon to be back,and I just have a feeling Asimwe is going to make a break through.

    Cautiously optimistic – The squad looks competitive as it is, and I'd rather avoid panic buys for the sake of it.

    Great contract extensions, and purchase plus those returning from Injury put us in a good position. JRS would have been lovely, but it wasn't to be, and no fault of the club for once!
