I've seen him have some frankly incredible performances for Wimbledon. I thought he was destined for higher things than us and I believe he will be sooner or later. Really happy we have signed him, he is capable of greatness 

He could also be capable of playing in the national league within 18 months 

I think we have got a really promising and high ceiling player at a good time, all the raw materials and a fair few of the more refined attributes as well. A lot of people are going to be really pleasantly shocked and saying "where dafuq has this kid been?"

Could be interesting, having someone talented but raw could make for an interesting wild card if used carefully. Then again the same was said for Kaheim Dixon, though Junior has both EFL experience and a stronger build/physique it seems.

“Exciting player. I suspect he'll get found out at Championship level and struggle ultimately, but you might have some fun cameos in the meantime. Hopefully I'll be wrong, he can move at speed with the ball both ways and he is young, and if he added elements to his game (passing, shooting, sharper movement) you never know. Id say, a decent punt.”

Or at least, inanely-used. This is a lavishly talented 19 year old with two league goals ever. There's nothing TO get found out, there's only upside. Anyone getting found out will be opposition full-backs with established careers, like that Montenegrin Preston left-back who had to be subbed off in great distress the other day after a bit of Millenic treatment

He was a regular international footballer, so there's more of a case for that, but I'd say even then it was more failing to launch than getting found out. Harry Arter, now there's someone who was found out

I take your point about being a wildcard but him and Dixon are night and day in terms of how ready and the type of player they are 

Junior is more of a TC, direct type of player whereas Kaheim Dixon from what I saw was a jinky, tricksy player but not direct pr he wasn't whenever I saw him

NJ does have a bit of a penchant for throwing someone more chaotic or unpredictable into closer games as a roll of the dice. Junior sounds like he's made for that role.

As we already know, Championship full backs are not as easy to play against as some of their League One counterparts. He’ll find it much more difficult and at first I think could lose a lot of possession but he’ll learn from that. McNamara or Ramsay will need to be on their game at times. What he will do once he’s got to grips with The Championship is force teams to double up on him and with TC on the other side, particularly at The Valley it should create space to exploit. Hope he’s used as an impact sub for a while as I’d hate to see him lose confidence while adjusting to the step up. He’s been described as “raw” by some Dons fans and I actually don’t mind that. Jones is a good coach and will install in him the discipline he perhaps currently lacks. Raw also means unpredictable and defenders are not too keen on that.
