If the JRS deal hadn’t fallen through doubt a single person would have had a problem w this deal

Why is it ’obviously ’ undisclosed,  as in the title of this thread?

Why should our transfers,  and not other clubs’,  be undisclosed?

    Most are officially undisclosed.
  • Jones wanted more 1v1 potential and it seems from the videos that this kid brings it.

This season so far has been transformative for TC if Junior is a similar type of player we could be seeing something very exciting

I’m pretty sure every fee on our OS has been undisclosed since around 2010 or 2011.

    In this case 'undisclosed' means:

Charlton: "Keep it undisclosed. Charlton fans will go crazy if they see how much we paid for him..."

Wimbledon: "Keep it undisclosed. Wimbledon fans will go crazy if they see how little we sold him for..."
  • His name sounds like someone running headfirst into the goalpost.
Ouch! Brings back painful memories. That’s how I broke my nose.

Best player to leave Wimbledon since Loyal Lyle left according to womble fans..
I'd suggest Rudoni probably takes it from that point of view.

Surely he’ll play for the U21’s tomorrow?
  • Very impressed by what we saw at The Valley this afternoon .

  • I'm getting Jerome Thomas vibes here... in that it's a signing that kinda came totally under the radar with no expectations and he is up to it a lot faster than people expect.

One of curbs best value for money signings. I know he turned out completely unbothered in the end but there was a period where he was fantastic.

He will need to be used/managed very carefully, firstly because he's still quite raw and will need to get used to the higher physicality of the Championship, and secondly because rightly or wrongly there will be at least a few fans who see him as the "replacement" for the JRS deal and will therefore expect him to be as good/impactful as Rak-Sakyi right from the get go, which is not realistic.

I'm optimistic that he could potentially make a very useful "wild card" type impact sub at least if things fall out well.

We paid over 800k on Nkeng who’s already played at L1. Dixon was some random Jamaican we got through a partnership program

I doubt he could be any worse than Alli, but whether he can be the answer to our 7 problem is another matter.

..........that boosted Charlie's bank balance substantially I reckon.

My ears were burning with the Kaheim Dixon chat, I had to post an update over on the other thread. He’s actually doing quite well over in Serbia and is still in the men’s national team set up so good on him.

Thought Reuben Reid was the standout player again for the under 21s, why can’t he get a place in our first team squad. We are crying out for someone with his silky skills.

The idea that he was some park player is wide of the mark.  Maybe not suited to English football - Ouma likely the same- but he clearly has something about him .

Did he (Nkeng not Dixon) play off the left or the right for the u21s? For his goal it looks like he's breaking into the box from the left?

Aware that's probably his best position but given our issues on the right would be interested to see him have a go on that side too.

on the U21 thread it sounded like he mainly played on the right but he switched wings sometimes

He was mainly on the right and looked confortable there.
