And then you’ll wake up. 🤣bobmunro said:If Carlsberg made football seasons - we get promoted, the Stripy Nigels and the Spanners get relegated, and the natural south London/Surrey order is restored.
The only one of those three I can see happening is the stripeys going down.
I wasn't expecting all of that to happen, of course, but I would readily accept the three being in The Championship next season.
This would be great. Looking forward to next season already!! 😁MarcusH26 said:

An instagram announcement for National Rail’s Engineering Works planner shutting down the service to South Bermondsey on Saturday immediately followed by Player of the month TC pictured I can only assume is of him on the dog and bone arranging it. What a season he is having…there’s stepping up your game and being more proactive and there’s going the extra mile whilst you’re at it…0 -
And they call us trainspotters, yet they have some spotty geek telling everyone about a rail replacement shuttle bus2

yeah but he's doing it in a stone island coat so hes wellard.sam3110 said:And they call us trainspotters, yet they have some spotty geek telling everyone about a rail replacement shuttle bus2 -
Yeah fancy that, informing fellow fans that the nearest station to the ground on the day of a match won’t be operating. What a geeky thing to do 🙄sam3110 said:And they call us trainspotters, yet they have some spotty geek telling everyone about a rail replacement shuttle bus4 -
Well at least he didn’t do it while wearing an over sized novelty baseball cap and glasses whilst telling everyone his dad was in the B Mob…. 😬😁EugenesAxe said:

Looks like they are playing for a draw.0 -
Of course. They'll be at full strength by December and probably play us off the back of a 5 match winning run.ElfsborgAddick said:They're still going to beat us, don't build your hopes up folks.1 -

Form and probably team strength is irrelevant in these games, they still took 4 points off us in 2014/15 on the way to being relegated and we were comfortably mid-table.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

Can you keep the noise down a bit and let @MillwallFan get some kip. He's just done a long shift on CL.7

Getting their excuses in early comes to mind.....MillwallFan said:

Low turn out again expected ?
Noticed the BBC Sport site didn't show an attendance figure for Weds night's match.0 -

Chris Perry is the Head of their Under-18 Academy team so might start ahead of ticket office boy0 -
They did the count at 60 minutes and there were only Wrexham fans still there.Fanny Fanackapan said:

Bolton tomorrow so a game where under normal circumstances a home win should be the outcome. This will be interesting.0

Yeah I believe MillwallFan mentioned they were bringing in Issaafou on deadline day but looks like international clearance took a while!0

I was dubious about his signing initially but he was superb yesterday. Constantly harrying and harassing Boltons back line. Carried out his defensive duties well as well. He didn’t lose a header all game I don’t think.swords_alive said:Dykes started and played the whole game didn't he? So it's not all bad news.Took his goals well. The first was a tap in, but came after him and Lovelace timed their runs perfectly, beat Boltons offside trap and put their keeper under massive pressure. He messed up his clearance, it ricocheted off Lovelace in to the path of Dykes. He was a tad fortunate with his second in that the ball fell to him in the box, but he still had the keeper to beat and a Bolton defender coming at him, but instead of power he stayed calm and just placed it, was a well taken goal.Hes a more intelligent player than I initially gave him credit for. His off the ball work is superb. He’s constantly making runs in to the box, away from play, drawing defenders with him, giving others space. He did this to perfection v Norwich which lead to a goal.I like his attitude and his workrate. Good to have around the youngsters as well. A wise head giving them a bit of guidance. You can see him doing that on the pitch. I really like him. Could end up a bit of a cult hero at the Den. Although when the likes of Coburn, Ivanovich and Arconte are all fit I don’t think he’ll be near the starting 11. Good to bring on as a sub though. He’s a great player to go up against tiring defences.1 -
I'm very pleased for you @MillwallFan that you got things back on track yesterday

Came as a total shock to me. I would’ve bitten your hand off if you’d offered me a draw before the game. Started five players that weren’t in the team on Wednesday. Probably bought them back from injury too early but needs must.ElfsborgAddick said:I'm very pleased for you @MillwallFan that you got things back on track yesterday

We are probably gonna go into another game on Weds with nobody on the injured list making it... and if anything missing more players.

Got a mention on Newsnight last night. Jonathan Freedland compared the geopolitical strategy of Israel PM Netanyahu to the famous chant of Millwall Football Club. "They love fighting a kind of Millwall campaign - everyone hates us and we don't care.' 😬0

Thought they played really well last night v Newcastle. How much is matchday admission @MillwallFan?1

Looked into it, £26. But that still wasn't enough to bribe me to go there!swords_alive said:Thought they played really well last night v Newcastle. How much is matchday admission @MillwallFan?
