I actually think our on field senior leadership isn’t too bad and the least of our problems.
Off field is a total shitshow and means NJ and JR are working with their hands tied behind their backs2 -

We spent the summer chasing Holsgrove and Rak Saki.
Had we got those two we would have had a much better squad.
Instead we gave him Alli, Ouma and the kid from Wimbledon.
