Can already feel the tumbleweed blowing through this thread. Those doing this and Burnley are the real hardy ones among us.3

Middlesbrough will be energy sapping for the ones negotiating the rail replacement service.

Don't know whether to drive or Valley away.

Will be going on First coach travel to Middlesborough charlton away since we played Port Vale away in 1997 when Clive Mendonca scored the penalty winner. So i guess the coaches have improved since those days.
Its bayliss isnt' it ?
What facilities do they have ? Toilet, phone charger ? Do they stop for food, or we bring sarnies ?
By the way - the coach times shown on this post are now wrong. On the site they are showing an hour earlier.

I take a picnic with me if it’s more than 3 hours one way. It’s so I am not held hostage to the motor way service stations and their price gouging.
They do have loos and charging points.

Was thinking about doing this but an 8 hour round coach trip to watch us have 8% possession while our goal gets battered with 30+ attempts is a tough sell.1

I doff my hat to anyone going to this with fooked up trains and us stinking the place out at the moment, I fear one hellllllll of a beating ….. but ya never.0

About time the Wolves tickets went on sale, as that game is 3 weeks after Boro, and being a 3pm Saturday game at a ground we haven't played in for a while, will sell out.1

Just missed the Coach to Middlesborough.
We were at bexleyheath at 7am - 15 minutes before the coach was due.
Then we realized there was nobody around and saw another 2 charlton supporters waiting in the car.
Apparently an email went out yesterday at 2:45 pm - which i just found out went into spam
Why didn't Charlton call us or at least text ?
What the fuck is going on with this club ?
No wonder we're a mess on the pitch if they can't even fucking get fans to the games !!!

Same as me, but just made the Eltham pick up. Changing the time at late notice is not acceptable.
Hope our new CEO, gets a handle on this!Who decision to make it 30 minutes early less than 24 hours before the time advertised.5 -
Probably changed the departure time due to the forecast of fog. However the club have a list of travellers, they could have easily contacted each of the them by text, phone call, a bit of work, but better than taking the easier way and sending out an email and hoping that everyone affected would see it.usetobunkin said:Same as me, but just made the Eltham pick up. Pretty sure anyone that missed the coach might not regret in in 3 hours but that’s beside the point
What do we have 2 coaches up there today that’s what 80-100 fans, maybe 50 individual bookings
And someone couldn’t have made a 30 second phone call to those people to double check they received the message, it’s piss poor10 -
If the plot's not been lost on the pitch, it totally has behind the scenes.
THIS was not even a financial issue but another that directly affects loyal fans.
But NO-ONE ever holds up their hands....
Unforgivable.
