Three tier nine teams left in the competition: Tadley Calleva, SE Dons and Trafford FC (require a 3rd round replay).4
-
Fully aboard the Tadley Calleva train3
-
Going to a great moment for Sholing or SE Dons, either team will be making their debut in the First Round Proper4
-
Guaranteed three 7th tier or lower sides in the First Round Proper
Leiston (7) vs Guiseley (7)
Sholing (7) vs SE Dons (9)
Plymouth Parkway (7) vs Chertsey Town (7)
Potentially a fourth if Wingate & Finchley (7) beat Bedford Town (6) in a replay. That sets up a home tie vs Cray Wanderers (7).1 -
Son-in-law plays for Stafford Rangers (scored 2 goals and won a pen defeating Hereford in the last round) are away to Gateshead if they win their replay. There was over 3,000 for the first game last Saturday. Will definitely make a weekend of it in Newcastle if the get through.10

Tasty Lincolnshire derby at Boston... Shame Bury didn't get FC United, I reckon that wouldn't have been far off a 7k crowd?1

Altrincham is close though.Algarveaddick said:Tasty Lincolnshire derby at Boston... Shame Bury didn't get FC United, I reckon that wouldn't have been far off a 7k crowd?

3 levels (i think) below Gateshead but given that Stafford are one of the better teams at their level and how shit Gateshead are at their level, the gap is perhaps not as big as it appears.0 -
Not even sure it would be a huge upset the state Gateshead are in with not paying players and no manager , would look at it as very winnable for Stafford.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

It was a fantastic win. There were over 600 stafford fans at the game which again is fantastic support at this level.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

The son-in-law got back home at 1am this morning and had to be in work for 8am. God knows why they have replays at this stage of the competition. Professionals wouldn't accept it. Video of him (number 9) celebrating with the fans

Onto Gateshead, should be a fair few travelling. Looking forward to it.0 -

I went to watch the son in law's Stafford Rangers away at Gateshead. They got a fantastic 1-1 draw and were the better team given that Gateshead are professionals and 3 leagues above them. Stafford fans out numbered the Gateshead fans by at least 2 to 1, the crowd was just under 1100. They have real ownership issues at the moment.
The son in law won't forget the day as he got an elbow in the face and had a front tooth and root knocked out 😱. He put the tooth in some milk and had emergency dental treatment when he got back home at about 11pm. He can't wait now for the replay on Tuesday 😅.
What a dump the ground is, no roof on the away stand. There used to be one - I remember Charlton's FA cup game a few years ago when there was a roof but no protection. But the stewards who were brilliant, they allowed our 18 month old grandson to come out onto the pitch with Scott when the players came out at the beginning and was playing on the pitch at the end 😅
A great day out and ticket bought for the replay. Over 3,000 sold already

Fair play to Berkhamsted, winning 2-1 away to Southend who are going pretty well in the National league, is an amazing result.2

If Cray can get something tomorrow night, they will have a home game against Stockport County.1

Grimsby Town at home if Stafford manage to get through tomorrow 🤞CheshireAddick said:I went to watch the son in law's Stafford Rangers away at Gateshead. Gives them both a chance to progress though.ValleyGary said:Plymouth Parkway v BerkhamstedStinker for both teams really.
Parkway vs Plymouth would have been a tasty draw3 -
Leicester get to play both United and City this season. Oxford United and Oxford City, that is.8

If it's televised then yes but Barnsley are having an awful season and it's not likely to attract many home fans unless tickets are dirt cheap. I can't imagine a crowd of more than 4k for it.fenaddick said:Tadley Calleva away to Barnsley if they get through, what a money earner that would be!0 -
Given the Tadley ground is £1k capacity and they took nearly that many to Aldershot I think it's reasonable to think they take 1k with them. Lets say it's 4.5k that's still a decent chunk more than they'll get for any other game all season. For a team that small it's a decent amount of moneyChris_from_Sidcup said:
