RIP
A Huddersfield Town fan apparently.0 -
I have read all the stories about him being a good egg, but at the back of my mind I had mistakingly read that he insisted on being called Sir Patrick on set. I have wronged him, and with apologies, mistakingly confused him with "SIR" Ben Kingsley.1

Sir Patrick at The Valley, 28th November 2011. This was the game that ended Huddersfield’s record of 43 games unbeaten, with goals by Yann Kermorgant and Hogan Ephraim. My son Steve and I were VIP guests in the Executive stand that night and had the privilege of sitting behind Sir Patrick.
We also had a beer and a chat with Stuart Pearce at half time, who was England Under 21 coach at that time.
As Charlton supporting days go, this is right up there.
RIP Sir Patrick. A fine man.20 -
Always came across as a gentleman of the first order.
Loved him in his cameo appearance in The Sopranos.0 -
I have just read about the symptoms of Lewy dementia (I had never heard of it), it’s absolutely horrific, poor guy he certainly didn’t deserve such an awful demise.
RIP…….Sir Patrick……RIP.☹️0
