blinding result , desperate for liverpool to get there as well so Fulham can beat them

Roy Hodgson should no doubt be manager of the year but I bet he won't

What a fantastic set of performances they have produced. I hope they win the final. Their fans must be very proud.

Imagine having to miss the last flight back to Oslo then that happens
  • Well done Fulham, England's last representative in Europe this season!

Reminds me of Boro in 2006, dramatic route to the final- although Boro did not have nearly as hard a route as Fulham. They lost 4-0 to a Spanish Team in the final!

Boro also had Schwarzer in goal and a manager with strong England Job Links!

Roy Hodgson, the master of bringing together a Team of other Managers cast offs.

Murphy, Konchesky, Pantsil and Zamora to name just four ; - )

i'd rather get spanked by barca rather getting spanked in the 3rd division by some 2 bob side like millwall

yeah but at least we have a chance of winning games in this league , it was just so depressing knowing we were gonna lose to man utd, chelsea or arsenal

Simon Davies goal was one of the best ive seen this season. Cultured pass from Murphy and then sublime three touches from Davies. Quality goal.

Only 12,000 tickets for final. Ground holds over 50,000.

You may well prefer to be getting spanked by Barca than Millwall but lets be honest we are not going to have a hope of europe again for a long time.

Agree Oohaah and i think lots need to just realise we are at the level of league one now not the prem. As much as i would love to be loosing every week to prem teams we are drawing every week with the likes of Oldham and Yeovil so realistically just get used to being a league one club as that is our current level, it was our level last season too if we are better than league one we wouldnt have finished bottom of the champ and we would have won the league this season. Norwich have proved all their doubters wrong and shown they are a champ club not league one if we were the same then we would have won the league or at least have got automatic promotion.

    Good luck to them.

Hodgson has done a magnificent job there.

Hard to avoid the odd wistful thought as to what might have been though if I'm honest.

[cite]Posted By: [/cite]regardless of whether Parker left or not we were just unlucky not to get to experience European football

we finished 7th in 03-04 and got nothing

Fulham finished 7th last season and qualified for this Europa League .

I think we turned down a place in the Inter-toto cup. Fulham in contrast deciced it was worth a go.

    Well done Fulham.

Was always disappointed that we didn't give the Inter toto a go. Mind you, if it was up to me I'd resurrect the Anglo Italian.
