    What they also mentioned on the same story when it was on the ITN news was that, the lady in question had been left in no uncertain terms what consitutes at 999 call after a visit to her house by the old bill.

    Apparently another 999 call to the same office during the snow was from someone asking why their delivery Pizza had not turned up (kent again).
