    know what your saying RCT but i actually think the ultimate would be to be born in greenwich hospital, grow up in floyd road and now be living in the flats overlooking the valley

    Born  St Alfege's Hospital (1931 - 1968). Elliscombe Mount  ( opposite Valley pub) early childhood, Fossdene Nursery, first school, then Sherrington, then moved to Coxmount road, back to Springfields........till I married then Blackheath, could not afford a place in Blackheath, so moved to Bexley.......   You cannot be 'proper Charlton' unless you were born and lived in the sound of the 'valley roar' .......

    Born in Bromley Maternity Hospital Hospital (now a nuthouse).

    Live in Petts Wood.

    Also born in Bromley Maternity Hospital

    Brought up Orpington area. First property in Bromley, then Southborough (Tunbridge Wells).

    Now live near Norwich.
