There is no way that the Spuds or Wet Spam are going down.

Wolves are too far adrift, Burnley have a mountain to climb ... and then there's Forest.

In an ideal world either Spurs or Hamsters go down, for comedy value if nothing else.

    BUT ...

Can you really see the two London clubs being f***ed over by the refs and VAR in the same way that Burnley and Forest do? Yes, they won't get the decisions against the bigger clubs like Fulham and Brentford 🙂, but when it comes down to it the Premier League would rather keep those two clubs with their big grounds over the likes of Burnley and Forest and so decisions will go in their favour when they need to.

Everyone keeps saying Spurs won't go down, but 10-game form table has them in big trouble if they continue this form.

At one point, regarding the sending off, he said:
“I don’t think so, I’m not sure, I can see both sides, but I don’t know, I’m not sure, in my opinion, it’s not, but I can see why, but both teams, you know, they’ll be disappointed, well one team will be happy, the other will be disappointed, but yeah, I don’t think so, I can see why, I can see both sides to be honest, but I don’t think so, but I understand why, but I don’t think so.”
All in a fake ‘gangsta yoot’ accent.

    Fucking moron.

Sky will bill it as the Ange Derby.

By Christ, that godawful, lame as fuck “anthem” they sing at arsenal makes my toes curl. It’s genuinely embarrassing.

Do Arsenal fans like it? I feel like if I supported them I’d view it the same way we view “Addicks to Victory”.

Maybe the writer of that should be facing jail time too.
Linda Robson's son if you didn't already know.

Looks like it's only a matter of time before Sanchez hands Arsenal a goal.
Got away with it 3 or 4 times already.

Just a thought... Has someone told the hierarchy at Spurs that P17 doesnt always get you a Champions League spot?

How was that not a penalty?
Rice has not only stopped the Chelsea player from jumping by holding him down, he then elbows it away?
    Make it make sense ffs.
    Thank heavens for karma!

The holding and blocking at corners now is becoming ridiculous.

I think Spurs will be ok simply because West ham have to make up 5 points on them. As bad as they are, Spurs will surely win 1 or 2 games somewhere, which then means West Ham need to win 3 or 4. And there's only 10 games left.

I'll be honest though, the way Spurs are playing, it is tough to see where they get a win. Even Wolves away looks tricky now.

On paper Spurs have the easiest run in. Combined with the most points in the bank.
they SHOULDN’T go down. But my god I’d love it if they did.

Imagine Mannion or Kaminski flapped about like Sanchez did they’d be a meltdown on here, rightly so though. Awful keeping.

Very unusual weekend for me, this:
My preference is to see West Ham or Palace (long shot I know) go down and for Arsenal to choke the title race again.
As a result I found myself wanting Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea to win. Can’t say for sure that that’s ever happened before!

(At least 3 out of 4 came through!)

I tend to agree but hopefully one of the other two.
Even if just for another derby next year

There is me thinking we should be looking at Brighton and Brentford for inspiration for our gk recruitment

Spurs have lost 35 Premiership games since the start of the 24/25 season; maybe finishing 4th or 5th wasn't so bad after all and seeing Kane and Son leave was always going to end in tears.

Spurs have 10 matches left. They haven't won any of their last 10 and picked up just 4 points. A similar return will mean that West Ham will need 9 points and Forest will require 6 points to survive. Both have achieved more than that in their last 10 games.
