Good result for Wolves. Still to play Leeds, West Ham, Spurs and Burnley. They may not get out of trouble but will have a big say in who does. Wouldn’t fancy playing them at the moment.0

Why would they hope that? They should be hoping people DO write them off. The stupidity is the banner itself.JustFloydRoad said:Haven't seen many Forest Away ole ole posts, think we want Tottenham and West Ham more.

I think City are going to get off some of the more serious charges. My prediction is at worst they will get a fine (which will be meaningless to them) plus perhaps a 1 year transfer ban (also meaningless) and then a points deduction which will get reduced on appeal.DaveMehmet said:
And you just know Man City will get a similar, pathetic sanctionStig said:u
Yet they are allowed to keep the trophies that they bought. Dodgy as fuck.C_D_R_M said:https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/ckg2m450zgzo
The Premier League released a short statement saying
”Do what you want mate”
Cheating scum
The Combined Counties League is too good for them.
Some of the talk i've seen of 50-60 points being deducted i really can't see happening. It'll probably end up at like 15. It might mean they miss out on the CL for one year and end up in the Europa. So again pretty meaningless overall.0 -
The fine should be at least equal to the illegal payment of £47m.3
-
I just can't see how they've not been docked points - Everton, Forest etc get docked points for spending a bit too much, Chelsea get a slap on the wrist for illegal transfer payments?guinnessaddick said:The fine should be at least equal to the illegal payment of £47m.

I think it's probably because the new owners self-reported it. These offences were all committed under Abramovich and were only discovered when the new owners went through the books. It's quite possible that no one (including the Premier league) would ever have known about it otherwise.North Lower Neil said:

It's such a genuine surprise that there was illegal activity happening at Chelsea when Abramovich was in charge7 -

Might be wrong, but points deduction is mostly related to FFP, which Chelsea didn’t break on this occasion. Even with the illegal payments, they were still within the allowed losses for those years.North Lower Neil said:

How nice a side are Bournemouth to watch?
Amazing that in a playing style sense they still have exactly the same philosophy and tactical identity as they did when Eddie Howe was manager 10+ years ago5 -
Will be very surprised if they keep Iraola beyond the summer. Think he'll have his pick of anywhere in Europe.AFKABartram said:How nice a side are Bournemouth to watch?

Athletic Bilbao want him and he's a club legend there, so it seems perfect for himMarcusH26 said:

Kin hell Pickford!! - Ridiculously underrated0
-
Rosenior out!
Can only be a matter of time!0 -
Makes sense still for West Ham to have wanted Moyes out1
-
What a difference between the keepers. Pickford is top class, Sanchez is awful.3
-
I refuse to believe that these Chelsea players take him seriously at all.Fortune 82nd Minute said:Rosenior out!

A couple of years ago they had Pochettino as manager. Cucurella has won the Euro's, Enzo won a World cup, Palmer used to be managed by Pep.2 -
Leeds haven't scored for a month. Unless they can turn that around, hopefully in the next 15 minutes, then we'll have the pleasure of a visit from their fans next season.0

Such a bizarre appointment and I agree, doubt he has any credibility in the changing room at all.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

Think he's been appointed as a yes man, he's like the class dweeb who gets ignored by everyone.Croydon said:

He’s just at the wrong club. He was doing well at Hull and would probably do well at a Burnley where he isn’t in the limelight and the players might respect him0
-
Can’t see anything other than a Spurs win today.Think Forest have to win to stand a chance of staying up3
-
Lovely to see Sunderland take the lead so late on in the DerbyNothing against Newcastle, but will naturally always have a bit of a soft spot for the Mackems3
-
Newcastle’s record against Sunderland starting to resemble us v Millwall2
-
Sunderland always turn it on against Newcastle - even in seasons when they’ve been shit0
-
Spurs all over Forest.0
-
1-0 Forest!1
