One of the worst decisions I've ever seen

Leicester win please. No chance I want the scum to be in with a shout of automatics.

They certainly won’t want to rest many players because positions in the table will be all to play for.

Given how Wednesday can battle, it still being in our hands, I am ready to run the risk. Come on Leicester!

Not a chance... I was in the "I think we are safe camp" but we need them firing on all cylinders
and i've been in the 'we are going down' camp for the last 6 weeks!! lol. Sorry but no way am I having millwall in the prem, too many millwall mates, i wont be able to cope.

You know watching this tonight makes you realise that if Millwall did somehow fluke their way up, it could actually be really funny.

Frankly, they could go the whole season and not win a game.

We both know thats not how it'll work, they'll somehow end up Premier League champions

This is all setting up for Millwall to play their youth team against Oxford
Got to go for the win at all costs tomorrow

How is this good for us? Unless we get a point or three tomorrow, this is only a bad thing in terms of survival. Well, not ALL bad as it’s obviously funny being Millwall, but you get where I’m coming from.

I have to admit I did enjoy Souttar putting Cooper and the keeper into the back of the net.

Doesnt really matter... Other than Millwall might not get second
It'll just set off concerns that Millwall might throw their game against Oxford to rest players ahead of the Play-Offs
But will still want 3rd or worst case 4th to get home advantage in their second leg game.
If they lose today, and then lose vs. Oxford they're also going into the Play-Offs with the worst possible form

We simply cannot rely on others. We have to do it ourselves.

It’s in our interests for Millwall to win tonight to keep them close to Ipswich and fully motivated and at full strength for the Oxford game. West Brom will be no easy opponents for Ipswich and Southampton away on Tuesday even harder.

This is what comes from missing multiple chances to look after our own business.

I think a draw would be best. 3 points gives them breathing space if Ipswich draw a couple of games. A point keeps them in the hunt & means they would have to best Oxford in they want autos.

Still  think Ipswich v Saints  will be a draw. But Saints win their last 2 and Millwall can't get 2nd.
Sorry.....was reading the table wrong. Millwall can obviously get 85 points & Saints only 82.

But with Millwall now losing they've blown 2nd. Need them to get at least a point here.

Why? - They're not going to want to rely on picking up their form at the start of the Play-Offs having lost their last two games

Yeah, what Alex Neil is going to want is going to the play offs losing two in a row

Exactly. I don't want Millwall to go up but I want us to go down even less.

There's a few people on here going to get a shock if Millwall do decide to take it easy against Oxford as automatics are out of reach.

It will be the Charlton way to get relegated by Millwall when not even playing them...😂

Only way Millwall rest a significant portion of their team is if they're guaranteed 3rd or 4th and can't finish 2nd. They won't risk dropping to 5th and losing home advantage for the second leg.

Ipswich haven't beaten West Brom yet either
If they lose tomorrow, and draw with Southampton (who win themselves tomorrow), then you're potentially looking at a final day battle of
    Ipswich: 80-pts
    Southampton: 80-pts
Middlesbrough: 79-pts (if they also win tomorrow)
    Millwall: 79-pts

The same people who have been claiming that we’d clinched safety every week for the last ten weeks.

I think the pressure is on Millwall now. If the results go against them (Middlesborough and Southampton win) they could end up 5th, so will need to play their strongest team in the game v Oxford

As I understand it they have a few playing with injuries. I doubt they’ll have their first choice 11 out for the Oxford game

Who seriously thinks they want to go into the play offs with no momentum, big home win, settle the nerves

I’d still fancy us to get something at Swansea away, a side on the beach, than Oxford against players trying to prove their worth to a side potentially going to Wembley.
