Got to be on the front foot tomorrow. Need to go for it from the off.
2 games in hand over some of our rivals. Got to make the most of it.14 -

It's very different down here when compared to competing at the top where it feels like everyone is winning every week and you have to also win to keep up.Valley11 said:The results go for us more than not week on week. Really got to capitalise tomorrow v a stuttering Stoke..
We only need to take three points 4 or 5 more times (plus expected draws) from our last 16 games to stay up.7 -
It’s not going to be easy though. We are where we are for a reasonCallumcafc said:

I don’t think even many of our most blinkered diehards will admit we don’t exactly play the most eye appealing of football, but we have to stay in this league.I love this league. Fast paced football, style mixes. good standard that’s a big leap up from L1, less play acting than L1, bigger crowds, better stadiums, better atmospheres. No VAR. No OTT punditry bollocks, no patronising.Just English football at its best. Always loved being in the Championship and so desperately want to stay in it.46

Apparently that’s the fist time in their history Southampton have been 3-0 down and come back to win5

people keep talking about how good all these teams around us are and how they'll be well clear etc and I just don't see it. Sheffield United, Leicester, Norwich, West Brom...
If we win our game against Stoke and our game in hand against Pompey, we're above them all.
We're also 12th in the form table, above teams including Stoke, Leicester, Watford, Coventry and Preston.3 -
Can that Fatawu score a bad goal? Another unbelievable strike3

Watching the highlights, just as with our 2-0 win, all the goals came down the end where the away fans were. I wonder if any Southampton fans left at HT

Imagine how many of ours would have left at half time!AFKABartram said:Apparently that’s the fist time in their history Southampton have been 3-0 down and come back to win1 -

Absolutely mad there wasn't a credible link about him in the summer. Maybe all banking on him being cheap if they're relegatedAFKABartram said:

Just finished running the model with the new data but since you all got emotional last time, prefering the social construct of the league table, I'll keep the results to myself.

Incidentally, no one around us has beaten stoke at home (except Leicester) so not losing tomorrow would be very nice.

Not hard to see where Leicester's problems are.
8th highest scorers in the division but only Sheff Weds have conceded more. They haven't kept a clean sheet since September.1 -
They were defensively fairly solid until the last 10 mins or so with little threat going forwardChris_from_Sidcup said:

Bizarrely it was against Coventry, back when they were busy putting 3/4/5 past everyone else.lordromford said:
