KAMINSKI: 5 - Had one thing to do an absolutely beefed it. Lucky that's not the story today
RAMSAY: 7 - Untroubled throughout as usual
JONES: 8 - Probably should have scored but can have the assist instead. Dominated defensively
BELL: 8 MOTM - Absolutely serene on the ball and made sure Edwards and TC were always in dangerous areas with very positive play
APTER: 7 - Quiet owing to most of the play coming down our left but looked very impressive when he did see the ball. Lots more to come
CAREY: 8 - Worked very hard on and off the ball
COVENTRY: 7 - Moved brilliantly, radar was a bit off at times
DOCHERTY: 7 - Still needs to improve on the ball but made himself into a passing option constantly to avoid our defenders having to play risky balls out from the back and that helps so much with us retaining possession and not being countered
EDWARDS: 7.5 - Went up against a very quick, very dangerous winger and completely dominated him.
KELMAN: 4 - Really poor. Dominated by their centre backs and made absolutely no runs into the channels to be able to receive anything other than a pass centrally with his back to goal, which he lost every time.
CAMPBELL: 7.5 - Still too many loose passes but constantly pulling wide and showing for the ball and driving defences back. The amount he gets on the ball is incredible
Referee: 4 - Missed at least two pens
Subs:LEABURN: 7 - Straight away started pulling into the channels and creating a different kind of threat for Watford's defenders
Knibbs - 7 Can't argue with the goal but also harried and pressed high and won the ball for us
Gillesphey 7 - Forced the corner with an excellent free kick

RAMSAY: 7 - Ramsay being Ramsay
JONES: 8 - Man mountain, going to be a serious threat from set pieces this year
BELL: 6 - composed but think he needs to release the ball a bit quicker, hoof it sometimes
APTER: 7 - Sharp, took on players and wasn’t afraid to shoot, seriously missed a player like this
CAREY: 7 - good debut did what he needed to do and linked up well
COVENTRY: 7 did what he does

EDWARDS: dangerous and composed in defence will step up well
KELMAN: 6 will need more service, held the ball up a couple of times well
CAMPBELL: 5 looks a bit tired, have to switch on otherwise he will lose his spot

KAMINSKI: 5.5 got away with a stonewall penalty. Had little to do.
RAMSAY: 8. Strong game and got away with his swing and a miss !
JONES: 8 Good start to his Championship campaign but should have scored.
BELL: 7.5 got a bit worried when he lingers on the ball but a good debut.
APTER: 8 This guy has talent. If the lads in the box were sharper he could have had a brace of assists and had two near misses. Great passes to carey and hits the six yard box with his crosses.
CAREY: 8 he took time to get on the ball but fantastic workrate but a strong 2nd half and a powerful runner.
COVENTRY: 7 his passing was erratic today but got the corner right to the back post for the winner.
DOCHERTY: 7 put a shift in and does lot of the donkey work in midfield.
EDWARDS: 7.5 great battle with Baah and shaded it on points.
KELMAN: 6. did the movement but not Charlie's day. Away from home with more space he will show what he can do or better passes at home when he runs in areas.
CAMPBELL: 6.5 Good, bad and ugly from TC but 100% effort but I do find it frustrating when he messes up short passes. Still a work in progress.
Referee: 5 missed two stonewall pens for both sides.
Levelling up doesn't make him decent !

EDWARDS: 7 Lots of physical tussles which suit him fine
KELMAN: 6 No service as such and Jones took it off his toe in the first half
CAMPBELL: 6 Hit and miss performance and the same can be said of some of his passing

Knibbs 8 looked dangerous every time he got the ball, closes down well and seems like he’s the type to always be in the right place at the right time with that finish at the end. Hope rumours about his knee are rubbish as I think he’s going to be a top player for us.
Gillesphey 7 felt we looked a lot more balanced with him on
Olaofe 7 going to be a very handy player this season, work rate is exceptional and stronger than he looks
