I don't know who did the stats for us but I can't believe how good Ibby Fullah is from the start, 20 goals and 15 assists in his first season in the Championship. Never seen anything like it from a Charlton Youth player, who had just 1 sub appearance in League One to his name, before the game was released
I did the stats. With how he’s rated he shouldn’t be destroying the Championship, that’s more of an issue with the match engine.

On overall ability he’s our 22nd best player, and  within the Championship on the method they use to compare clubs, we have the 22nd strongest squad in the league.

From memory I had rated Gomez at a similar level in the season he broke through. Shelvey probably as well in his first full season.

The u21 streams have been great for having a good idea of a players ability, strengths and weaknesses before they properly break through to the first team!

Currently got a save going on with my local team, Hornchurch, in National League South.

A couple of ex-Addicks in the squad - Myles Weston (now 38), and Ollie Muldoon.

Currently 4th in the league after about 12 games. Though the biggest achievement was getting them to the 1st round proper of the FA Cup after getting through 3 qualification rounds (including beating sutton United from the league above).

However, our cup run came to an end after a valiant 3-2 defeat away to Stevenage.

Can’t believe I got anywhere near that for him to be honest. He was unreal in the first season, finished with something like 20 goals and 18 assists. His value was about 20 million so I decided I better try to sell him while his stock was high. His stats are no where near prem quality so within a few months his value would surely plummet.

I offered him out to clubs (without transfer listing him) thinking I might get 20 - 25 if I’m lucky and that would help me build on the squad. Suddenly they come in with a 25 million bid and I got them up to 45 million, see ya Sonny! 😂

Would have got 15 for Edwards from Rangers but he rejected them :(

I think we’ve spent enough for now 😂

I’m in my second PL season (third season overall) and the only players I still use are Leaburn, TC, Edwards and Fullah. Sold Ramsay to Saudi and Leaburn and TC are only here because I prioritised the defence and midfield. Fullah slowly developing but nowhere near PL ready. The rest of the squad is pretty hard to shift, still have JRC, Apter, Kaminski & Knibbs on the books with a lot of the rest on loan or sold cheap

Fullah has improved a fair but had a poor 6 month loan at Doncaster. I re called him and he had a pretty good second half to the season in the championship. Strangely though no one wanted him on loan so he’s in my Prem squad and unlikely to get many minutes. Hopefully I’ll sort a loan out for him in Jan.

Leaburn improved a lot (my top scorer with about 22 goals) I’ve kept him as my 3rd choice striker.

Edwards improved a fair bit as well and has been kept as my backup LB.
Ramsay is a decent prem player and has been kept as a solid squad player. Backup RB or RCB.

Mbick had a good loan at Colchester but I’ve struggled to get him out on loan this season as well.

Tanto was excellent in the Championship but isn’t up to the prem. Struggled to sell him but will try again in January.

45M for Carey is a joke I’ve just finished my 2nd season and can’t even find a team willing to take him off my hands for 2.5M

He’s unreal in the Championship you honestly don’t want to sell him.

I played him as an attacking midfielder in possession, tracking back out of possession.

The only instruction I gave him was to make forward runs more often. Honestly lost count of the amount of big goals he scored for me. Gutted to sell him in a way but it had to be done.

Shea Charles and Jacquet are quality on the game.

Shea Charles is my my box-to-box playmaker for my Wolves team. I’ve just signed Fullah in the January window for £7m to develop him as my ‘10’ in a free role. Currently 8th in the first season with Wolves.

It takes time to get used to and it certainly isn't finished yet but I'm enjoying it now I know where things are etc

This, still worth purchasing imo if you love football manager.

There are some bugs in there but nothing that has ruined the game for me.

Bizarre game. Clearly not anywhere near finished. At heart it's an FM game but I would love to know what they was thinking when they released it. New UI is meant to be easier for new players, yet as an experienced FM I can't even find the fixture list. Add to this multiple crashes, including one which disabled my graphics card and resulted in me needing to reinstall drivers for it.
If you can do without this season, wait till the next release. If there is one.

It’s definitely worse than previous games, too much going on, hard to navigate, lot of bugs. It’s not unplayable but it’s not brilliant. It’s one of those ones where if you comfortably have the money might as well but if it’s a bit of a financial hit definitely avoid this years one until it becomes cheaper

I’ve resigned from my Wolves post in a huff. Finished 13th in my first season which I was happy with. Really mixed bag to start the second season despite spending some serious cash upgrading the squad. All the XG in the world but can’t score more than once a game and constantly conceding early goals. Hadn’t won’t in five or even scored in that run despite dominating possession and chances.

Just taken the Leeds job in January 2027 - six points adrift, third bottom in the Premier League.
