  • Looking forward to this one. Feels like a place in the UK you have to visit once in your lifetime
  • Once is enough…
  • Hull away was the first cancelled game in COVID. The train company wouldn't give refunds because apparently we could go and enjoy Hull anyway.

It's okay, it's a modern town centre with cheap pubs. The walk to the ground is less okay.

There's only one direct train home after the game so that will be nice and lively.
  • I enjoyed my only previous visit to Hull City in 2016 (other than the result)

We'll have a few more there this time as well.
That game could have ended up being about 9-0, a combination of Hull being on fire and us being absolutely dire.  The end of probably the worst week of football following Charlton.

One way to look at it.

The other being just the beginning of the worst decade of football watching Charlton

I can assure you that will be two times too many

Hull already had those flashy floodlights a decade ago, and did a big light show every time they scored...
  • Some of us already did it in February 2013, and had to suffer a rail replacement coach to Doncaster with no toilet after spending a few hours in the Spoons :(

Spoons would have been good training though as it usually takes a few hours to walk to one of their toilets 🤷🏻‍♂️

  • Hull and Swansea are the only 2 grounds I've not been to in the Championship, so I'll be there.
