    Bolton have had 10 shots total in the first half against Wimbledon - 4 of them going to Apter.

    Bolton with Apter , CBT and now signing Ruben Rodrigues who lit up League 1 for Oxford behind potentially Ryan Hardie , that's quite the 3.

    Apparently played well today but missed a sitter, not convinced on Fevrier as a replacement but if Clarke stays fit all year and plays like today makes sense why Apter has been sent out

    Apter’s missed chance - he should’ve done a lot better. Shocked he was so far behind the play (maybe there’s a good reason that we didn’t see) which made the shot in itself more difficult than it needed to be.

    If he’d come on to the ball 12 yards out in the centre of the goal it’s a much better chance.

    Apter will miss loads of chances, he'll also be involved in creating more than you'd otherwise have. I think Jones likes efficiency, it's one of the things that drove him mad about Small; no good him beating everyone with his pace and then sending a good opening over the bar like he tended to

    Watched the Lincoln v Bolton game today. Apter was non-existent. Don't remember him getting a kick and the only time I heard his name was when he was subbed off.

    Not blaming Rob or Tanto, as they would have understandably upset at the lack of playing time. But find it odd how we've won seven points, havent conceded, and the rumours of unrest in the dressing room have completely disappeared since the end of the Transfer Window.
    Of course the Leicester win would have gone a long way to helping the atmosphere at Sparrows Lane, along with having Clarke and Chambers

    You can’t put our upsurge in form on those two as they barely played when they were here . They don’t seem to have disruptive personalities either as far as I can tell. 
    The form is down to have a Chambers , Coady , Clarke , Dykes and Bell being fit .

    No I'm not... But there was plenty of rumours about unrest in the dressing room, and Apter's family made scathing remarks about Jones upon his exit - None of that (if true), if its spilled over in the background, will have helped morale.
    As I say, the win and then further clean sheets will have helped
    But the dressing room rumours very quickly disappeared, even before the QPR / Stoke games you werent really hearing it.

    Pretty sure Blackpool fans mentioned Apter had a bit of an attitude and expected him to fall out with Jones.  Who knows but it wouldn't surprise me if it did happen. He's too small and light weight for the Championship and was a poor purchase imo.

    Here we go again.  Apters dad stupidly liked a social media post and our fans assume his son is a problem behind the scenes.  Followed by rumors of him being a diva based on absolutely nothing. Our fans create the rumor and then point to our self created rumor as validation that it must be true.  Really bizarre.

    same thing happened with Charlie kirk who clearly wasn’t good enough for us but our fans indicated was a team cancer.  Yet who was incredibly nice to fans and who I have heard Chris Solly tell people how liked he was by the rest of the squad

    In essence , our business last summer was poor , other than Carey and Bell .  I like Apter but it was obvious he’s a winger and not a defender .

    Chris Solly and Charlie Kirk missed each other at the club by a whole year, Solly was playing for Ebsfleet

    Though Apter would do well at Bolton and we could get a decent sum of money back for him doesn’t seem like that’s going to plan. 

    Championship survival was always the goal so couldn’t care less how we do it and in the end it would a good season and you have to say it’s been solid overall transfer windows because that playoff final squad would have got relegated. 

    But we have Seriously wasted 7M on Kelman Tanto and Apter
