I was back in London over christmas and found the whole process pretry simple. You either pay before use if you know you are going through it or if not just go on website register car and pay.

For everyone complaining about paying for things such as new tunnels and roads, how else shpuld major projects like silvertown be paid for? Surely its fairer to make the individuals who actually use the services of blackwall/silvertown pay for them than use Bill in cornwalls tax money to pay for a service he will likely never use. It you want better infrastructure you do need to pay for it im afraid.

Worse case scenario, public transport is actually very cheap and efficient in London or Rotherhithe/Woolwich ferry is still free?
