Swansea have had control of midfield their passing more accurate, except the long cross field balls. All are headed interception seem to end up with a Swansea player. Our only player troubling them is TC. But because Kelman doing nothing they can put three men onto TC.

It looked like we needed something different. Maybe enforced subs will be a blessing. Here’s hoping.

Part of me of excited to see Fullah given a chance (hopefully)

As NJ said once Fullah goes in he probably doesn’t come back out.

“If circumstances were different and I threw him in, then I’m not sure he would come back out.”
  • Just tuned in late in the first half. Injuries???

Also, Conor Coventry is a legend. That was as cool and composed as it gets in a tricky situation at the back.

A poor half of football.  Swansea look threatening until they get near the goal, while we looked strangely shaky at the back before the injuries.

Hernandez or JRC surely it is?

Swansea have come with five at the back, one up front, with the full backs moving up when required. I think they will stick with that and try to nick something, if that's the case then it gives us some breathing space with the injuries at the back. Both injuries happened when they were attacking and they did bugger all with that open space. We need to do better going forward, whatever they do.

Suspect it'll be Leaburn up top with Kelman, with Campbell at Wing-Back, given how the sub was being prepped

Decent half.  Very tactical against a Jones clone. We've looked a little more dangerous but maybe a mistake will win the game. Injuries have shown up our lack of defensive options.  If Burke goes off it'll be TC at wingback.

Leaburn needs to be on as Kelman is disinterested.

One goal will win this,  hope it's at the covered end!

    COYA!

Poor first half. Swansea better side
Were they? - Kaminski has had nothing to do, whilst Swansea's 'keeper denied us with a great stop
Yep, not all about shots. What about Idah ballsing one up?
Fair, but could say the same about Carey's chance where he had time to play in Kelman
Agree to disagree. Both sides will think this is winnable

This is where we may pay for letting both Mitchell's leave on loan - Easy with hindsight, and I know they wanted / needed gametime, but we're looking at Gough and Laqeretabua as our backup Defenders now.
I don’t think it means those decisions were wrong. They’d be unhappy being nowhere near the squad and not match fit, as no senior player is going to regularly play for the u21s.

Burke had been struggling for a while, no surprise to me when he pulled up.
Should have started with Ramsay like I said...🤷‍♂️

Would rather we started with 10 men.

Swansea more fluid passing, good press, but not looking great upfront.
Charlton best attempt on goal from Gillesephy. Defence looking uncertain. Bell & Burke not looking great before injuries.
Lets see how set up is 2nd half

What's he done wrong today, to lose faith in him?

The only "issue" is that he maybe should have been more alert for the Carey "shot", but that was stupidly selfish and the sign of a player a bit too confident, as could easily have played Kelman in for a chance
