The crazy thing is, as bad as our form has been, if we'd have managed to get 10 more points by now we'd be just outside the playoffs.

Which is why I honestly think 4 more wins makes us safe. The league is not that great. We will capitalise on it by staying up but dare I say our neighbours may well capitalise by being one of the stronger teams in the division!

The thing is a really don’t care how the scum do other than when we play them, if they did go up I’d probably enjoy watching them relegated!!

Yep I’d laugh at the millions in parachute payments they’d get for even one season up there.

Maybe we're going back in for Keillor Dunn
I really hope so. Matty another year older by next season and will need replacing. Keillor Dunn probably needs to move on now or never.

Keillor Dunn was in fine form yesterday with a brace which I saw on the EFL highlights.
At 28 the Sunderland born striker(They can be decent !) will need to either move now or in the Summer if he wants to play in the Championship in his career.
After playing 42 games last season for Barnsley I noticed he has only played 6 this campaign so must be coming back from an injury.

Don’t feel like there’s any reason to believe he won’t sign, but just for some extra breathe of relief, no Collins in the Vojvodina team today
  • Everyone seems to think it’s a done deal that Sichenje is signing but why not announce it ? I’m assuming therefore that currently it’s not in fact a done deal.

Think it’s a case of balancing books and waiting for players to leave before he’s announced. Mitchell being the obvious one. Wonder if a last minute loan out of Gillesphey may happen too if we sign Collins.

According to the local press out there  HE  things he's signed. He could do a Paul Ince and get a photo wearing a Charlton shirt 😀.

Just think what we could next season if we sign 2 or 3 proper upgrades that improve us in possession and in terms of goals and assists, and players like Leaburn continue to improve.

Find Anderson an interesting conundrum, he needs more game time to improve but as much as he’s has bad games this season he’s also had good ones. The other thing is because of his age he won’t take up a squad place and because he’s an academy talent he’ll be on a much lower wage. In terms of squad building and having bodies around the building, loaning him out doesn’t make much sense. In terms of development it probably does.
He is not good enough at the moment to stop us getting relegated. A loan would be preferred
I like him and agree with Southbank, a loan would be the perfect scenario for Anderson, he's been, probably, held back from achieving that by the absence of Docherty and knocks to Coventry.

As long as it's not Rousillon's old one, nothing worse than a footballer wearing a smock.

Would expect all the media and medical stuff for Collins was done Friday before everyone went up to Leicester and it'll be announced early tomorrow morning.

Is he enough of a regular for Kenya? We’ve been here before of course with Bolanos, and Alex.

He’s not a regular for Kenya at all. If you’re talking about work permit issues that will be fine as you’re allowed 4 players who don’t qualify

If Fullah isn't going to play he might benefit from a loan for remainder of season

If Carey's injured or needs a rest that'll likely mean starting Berry, so we'd need Fullah on the bench, or the other way around.

Like Anderson it's difficult because we need the depth but they need game time.
Last year we finished the season with Coventry Doc Berry Anderson and Gilbert in midfield and Jones was happy with that.

This season we’ve had Carey replace Gilbert and added JRC/Fullah and potentially Coady now to that list if he wants to send Anderson and or Fullah out he definitely can do.

Also would free up space for our last Loan slot to go to a midfielder who’s probably more ready for this level than Anderson and Fullah they develop we improve the squad seems sensible to me

They’ve got millions to spend anyway, parachute payments don’t mean they will go straight back up.
