    He said they had to bring him in because he was practically the only free agent in that position. He's much fitter now and he has until the end of the month to see if he can earn an extension.

    Also, should add for anyone worrying about a waste of wages etc.. Cawley seems to think that both he and Hernandez were very cheap.
