You don't get anything for a pairnot in this game.

Ring the club, they will likely process a refund on the basis you have other seats.

Seats together in West Stand D, 25 in all at the time of writing, as pictured here. £38 each adults for these.

Above in West Stand M are also two pairs with a third seated behind, also £38 for adults.

West F has two pairs going, and E one pair together. All £38 adults. Everywhere else singes only currently i believe.

Why would they not just write that in the content rather than having to watch a video to find out. Cheers for the update.

Has to be. Also probably a Charlton scarf or flag on every home seat. It’s not just about the game, it’s just as much about the likelihood that there will probably only be 60-70 % of the clubs season ticket holders at the game (that’s my guess of around 50-60% based on the conversations I’ve had with other ST holders leading up to the match who won’t be going and either didn’t get a ticket or did get tickets for Charlton supporting family and friends, and rounded up a bit more). That means there could be in the region of 15k more or less in the home end that don’t have a season ticket. This match is a great opportunity to try and sell some more STs for the rest of the season.
  • Having only just read that latest email the club has sent out just over an hour ago I can’t help wondering why the club is massaging down expectations for the attendance on Saturday night. ‘More than 25,000’ ??? Are there nearly  2k unsold tickets hidden among all those shaded seats on the stadium ticket map ?

Probably because they keep randomly putting up big rows of seats together as you can see from @swords_alive posts.

If only 70% of our S/T holders attend (doubt it would be that low),
    Then 70% of say 10,000 S/T holders = 7,000.
24,000 home seats less 7,000 S/T attendees = 17,000 non S/T holders in home ends.

Personally, I reckon a great majority of S/T holders will attend, so I make you right that about 15,000 won't be S/T holders.

Unless there has been a big fuck up it should have been claiming something along the lines of almost 27k sold, that or Chelsea have only sold 1k of their allocation so far

Very few seats left now, but more may come online of course. If you up the tickets required from one by increments of 1 @letthegoodtimesroll, the blocks fill up and you can only get to 13 right now in block C west stand, showing that's where most seats remain. THere are a few pairs in West F and one pair in M i think as of now. By the same method, you can see the Curbs stand has just the one seat remaining right now, in E block.

I just picked a random figure based upon my group and some other ST holders I’ve spoken to. Out of a dozen, for a variety of reasons only 7 are going to the game. We also know from the end of the first stage it looked like a lot of ST holders on the Covered End may not have bought their usual seats for this one so it’s just a question of how many moved into the East and West because they wanted extra for friends and family and how many are just not going. I don’t think the initial sales indicate it was the majority did. It’s all very rough guesswork on my part so I could well be very wide of the mark on this. Overall the club won’t know the exact number because I got the impression tickets were still being bought for Charlton family and friends that don’t have STs and that’s why it’s an opportunity to reel them in with a ST deal for the rest of the season. A full house at the Valley, hopefully the team turn up and have a go, they still have a great time no matter what the match result and some of those that haven’t committed to a ST as yet, or those in the Wembley Reserves, may just decide to do so this time.
  • The suggestion that 30% of season ticket holders won’t be there seems a bit weird, why wouldn’t season ticket holders go to this game? I appreciate there are always a few that can’t make it due to various reasons and it’s an additional cost to a season ticket - but 30% is bizarre !!

It’s a Saturday night; and there are train issues, for starters…

Its an 8pm KO which means it'll finish about 10. For me (I live in Ramsgate now) I might not get home on the train even if there are no train troubles. Charlton Station will be packed with Chelsea who can get there before me and the gates will probably get shut (I'm in the East stand).  If it goes to extra time and/or penalties absolutely no chance.  The only other option is to drive.  I often get tired driving when its late.  So I use the Valley Express coach now, I started this for the Wycombe play off game last season, all the circumstances were the same, (except not a Saturday). The coach will even drop me outside my house coming home as it goes straight past it.

There's probably a fair few who would have the same problem.

You’re on the same coach as me for games I see. For this one we’ve had to stay with family as driving or getting the coach the same night would have been a stretch. I was one of those sorely disappointed with the kick-off time but will try to make the most of it now we have made arrangements. Others aren’t so lucky.

I’d say given there are 5/6 coaches from Kent/Sussex (and all of those are regulars so must be ST holders) there’s about 300-400 possible people who would have the same issue.

For those that drink in the Bugle they have a no kids rule after 7.
  • Yes, and the coach even gets me home before the train did.  With a 7.45 KO I could get the 10.43 down OK from London Bridge without panicking (in Div 1 with a small evening KO away support so the up platform wasn't too packed), but that didn't get me to Ramsgate until about 12.50 AM. Then its half an hour walk unless I've found a parking space for the car near enough earlier in the day.

And more tickets in West stand B this time, all marked as restricted but probably fine. £32 for adults
